The food is pretty good, but the older guy who I assume is the manager is consistently rude, ignores you, and seems generally angry. This isn’t new either, maybe for like 2 years now. I felt inclined to leave this review after he took my friend’s coupon, threw it away, didn’t add the discount, and then moved on to the next customer without saying anything.

Drove across town for this but when I arrived at the store around 6:40pm I was told they couldn’t serve me because they had a catering order. I asked how long until I would be able to order and I was told at least 40 min. There was no sign on the door or any other way to know that they werent serving regular customers. Very unprofessional.

The manager, I’m assuming he was the manager. He was rude and not very polite. Had an attitude bc I ask for a bag. However, to his defense, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. He could have been having a bad day, but if that’s not the case he should not be working in customer service, he should probably out of the public eye, Im just saying.

Honestly I love Qdoba but the staff here have been pretty frustrating and they seem to get more stingy every week. Besides small portions they started charging me $2 for rice on nachos which never has came up when I have ordered it before. For the price and what this staff gives you and then additional fees it isn’t seeming like it’s worth it.

Went in and got two burritos to go and when I went to pay I tried to use their buy one entree get another one for free coupon and they proceeded to tell me that it’s only valid after 10PM. Nowhere on the fine print does it say so on the coupon so I got ripped off as they made me pay full price and did not honor their coupon. Really shady for a business to do something like that.
