I was having a terrible day since it’s the one year anniversary of my car accident. I can’t drive so I ordered some food through DoorDash and was really looking forward to it. My order arrived but it was incorrect and I nearly cried because I was so disappointed. When I called Qdoba in Issaquah the worker was so incredibly kind and apologetic. He made sure I got the right food and had it delivered free of charge. The workers are exceptional and completely made my night. I highly recommend, I’ve always had great food here.

Horrible location for Qdoba, no guac, no tomatoes, no onions and peppers, and they didn’t tell us anything while ordering and gave us an attitude when we brought it up.

I came here tonight August 28, 2023. I received some of the best help from these employees so welcoming! And the food they served was top-notch some of the best! Thumbs up to these guys! We got the habanero lime with chipotle on top so good!

Went in around 7 pm and and we were the only people in there until we left 20 minutes later. Looks like it had been a long time since their last rush. Service was painfully slow and disorganized. Food was ok but no drainage of any scoops making everything soggy and gross. Tables, seats and floors strewn with food, napkins and plastic cutlery. Staff found it more important to play on their phones than fix up the store. This place is a dump.

As with almost every other “fast food” restaurant, it has good and bad qualities, good and bad employees, services, food, and products. I’ve had some terrible experiences here and great ones. I ate here a lot when I was pregnant.. I love the 3 cheese Nacho bowl that i can create myself. I have gone in to order and ordered through Door Dash, and I suggest going in and ordering. 1 in 8 door dash orders were right and edible. Plus, when you go in, you can see the quality and freshness of the food items you are getting.

I’ve been a regular customer at Qdoba for years, but I’ve been increasingly disappointed with the quality of the food and service in recent months. I’ve had multiple orders that have been wrong, and the portions have gotten smaller and smaller. The most recent incident was last week. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, rice, beans, cheese, and salsa. When I got home, I opened the container and found that it was mostly rice with a few small pieces of chicken and beans. There was no cheese or salsa. I went back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He apologized and gave me a free burrito. However, this is not the first time this has happened. I’ve had other orders that were missing ingredients, or the wrong ingredients were used.

Ordered ahead to try and avoid waiting, but the staff still made a long line od customers before making our order despite my having ordered in advance. We arrived at the restaurant when my app notified me our order should be ready, but it wasnt. We waited about 15mins thinking our order was being made but then it turned out it wasnt ours. I asked about our order and they said they would start on it then, but then helped a long line of others first. We waited almost 30mins after our order was supposedly ready before we finally got our food. I had tried the shrimp and it was flavorless. Tasted like zero seasonings were used, i was very disapointed.

This place has its ups and downs, I feel like ever since COVID it kind of went downhill. They’re often out of items not even that close to closing time. When I’m not super hungry I’ll go for a mini bowl, but the last couple of times my family has gotten a mini bowl they put such a tiny portion in there. I’m still paying $7 for the thing, at least fill up the small bowl! The way they fill it is only worth like $2. Pretty frustrating.

I drove over the Snoqualmie and stopped for my favorite Nachos. This location is extraordinarily friendly. They watched my food so I could use the restroom. Everything was very fresh and well made. The chips weren’t too salty either! I’ll be back on future trips. It was easy to find off the freeway, and on my direct route back and forth from Home to Seattle.
