Wow… Chris was incredible, came in with a big order. He was positive when I said it will be a lot. He paid attention to detail. He kept a smile on, which made me smile. His attitude about a heavier workload was grade A. You all have a Rockstar on your hands here. Chris just made my day. This kind of mindset will take you a long way in life kid. Almost every time I go, the workers are so stingy with the servings. I order a bowl every time and I don’t have problems with the food itself, but how little i’m getting. I remember I used to get a fair portion but now, especially the last time I went the lady barely gave me any meat, like way too little. I asked for some more and she said “it’s extra do you want to pay for more” and I said no thanks but if I could just get a bit more and she puts in 1 piece of meat in the bowl. This place has become so terrible the workers need to stop being so stingy it’s honestly sad and annoying as I’m expecting to get what I paid for.

The food was actually good. The store is/was really dirty. Tables not attended to. Spilled food on one table that looked like it had been there hours. The drink area had dried soda down the front of the cabinet. There seemed to be adequate staffing but I did not see any attempt at housekeeping. Would I go back— I don’t know. Lack of attention to the public area would indicate the same for the food prep area. The outside area was no better.

I’ve mobile ordered chips and queso prior to driving to the restaurant three times now, 1 minute prep time on the app, but each time I have to sit in the restaurant and wait for them to go through their entire line for them to set out CHIPS that were ordered 10 minutes earlier. Didn’t bother me the last two times but today was just weird. It’s 80 degrees outside, I place the order 10 minutes in advance giving them ample time to put chips in a bag and ladle some queso in a cup…my dog is in the car so I wanted to just be able to grab it quickly and walk out. I get inside and it’s sitting at the register with the cashier with my name on it, I sit and wait at the mobile order area for her to finish with the customer, ask gently if I could have my order and point to it, instead of just handing me the bag of chips with queso she says “I’m preparing it” and then looks away annoyed and continues with a customer. I go back outside to check on my dog waiting in the car and come back and she is putting the BAG of chips and queso that she could’ve just handed to me, into a GIANT paper bag and stapling it closed, then hands it to me.

Store closed 9:30… “Ran out of food because their cook not showing up” manager on duty refused to give her name. Not the only issue, came to store for wheat tortilla burrito and was unable to due to the fact the expiration date and had mold on tortillas word it of managers mouth. Disgusting. Numerous people outside upset they couldn’t get food including mobile orders.

I’m disappointed. I love Qdoba; I go a lot. I’ve visited this Qdoba 3 times in the last couple months but I’ve been to others as well. I don’t believe I will ever go back to this one. It’s disgusting. I only got the picture of the salsa side but the other had rice and black beans EVERYWHERE. And that’s where they prepare your food. It’s been like this everything I’ve been in. You can see grease splatters all over the back surfaces including the monitors where they get mobile orders. Pure chaos and I’m not sure if anybody there has been taught how to use a rag. Today I wiped down my own burrito after having to reach over the counter to get it myself, since the person that checked me out just walked off after charging my card. It had bean “juice” all over the foil.
