I recently visited Qdoba for lunch and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. The restaurant was well-organized and the staff Dylan and GM Reggie was very helpful to make sure you’re satisfied .The menu was varied and offered something for everyone. I had a steak and shrimp and it was delicious.The price was also reasonable and I would definitely recommend Qdoba to anyone looking for a delicious meal.

Food is alright, standard Tex Mex, the restaurant itself however is always disgusting with trash and crumbs everywhere on the floor, like nobody ever cleans or sweeps. And the tables are covered in sticky spots from previous meals. The customer service isn’t the worst I’ve experienced, but the staff clearly hasn’t had any customer service training. This is all based on the multiple times I’ve been here, not any one single time. I’d recommend another nearby restaurant like Chipotle over this location.

Hands-down my favorite Qdoba ever! This team works so hard and so well together, and I think it really shows. Food is always fresh and delicious, and if there’s something missing from the line they’re happy to grab more if they have it. They do have some new staff training, so it’s always evolving. They have great management though.

My husband and I were helped by Julie tonight. As always the food was delicious! You could really tell that Julie was a very hard worker that cared about the condition of the establishment. She kept a very clean work area and even stepped out to the eating area to tidy up by the soda fountain. As always, a wonderful experience. Thank you Julie.

This is by far the dirtiest food establishment in the area. First off, the “open” sign was not on at 5pm on a Monday. Tables were filthy and chairs were spread all over the restaurant with no order. The floors were disgusting, which a good sweep could have at least given the appearance of cleanliness. And worst of all, there were 3 employees just standing behind the register in an empty restaurant, barking at us and giving us directions on where to order. I was already on the fence on whether or not I even wanted to order anything, but the attitude from lazy employees just standing around and not even willing to pick up a broom was embarrassing to the company. I typically love eating at QDoba for a quick bite, but whoever is running the show at this location needs to do something. Horrific and humiliating to the brand.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Yesterday I came in and there was a lady that told this new kid to take my order and she was so rude to him the way she spoke to him. He was so polite and greeted me eager to help with a smile on his face. I asked for a taco salad and asked if they had the shells and he looked after realizing they didn’t he looked to a different lady coworker and was trying to see if they had any cooking and she literally with the worst attitude and in the most condescending voice said, “is there any over there?” Which he replied,”no” and she said,”if there’s none over there we don’t have any so don’t offer it” and rolled her eyes. I was so blown away and truly felt so bad for this kid who hadn’t offered it knowing they didn’t have any. I requested it hence why I was getting a salad and he was trying to just check. I thanked him and told him never mind. He went on to tell me about another location I could check. Forward to today I called up to see if they did and the lady on the phone had an awful attitude and said, “ I don’t think so.” Which I replied so you don’t have any? And said,” I’d say no.” Like what the heck. The customer service is literally the worst and the way multiple of them treat their own coworkers not only in front of other coworkers but also customers goes to show why they can’t keep staff and have hiring signs up. I’ll drive out of way to another location 15-20 mins away before I ever would go to this one.

This place is filthy. There is absolutely NO flavor to the burrito. The gal helping me was so disinterested in making a burrito that she didn’t finish asking what I want on it. I had to go back for salsa that was skipped during assembly and got the attitude with it from another employee. I would recommend one eat anywhere but here!

As a frequent visitor to this Qdoba location, I’ve noticed a concerning pattern. The ongoing understaffing and employees’ complaints about covering shifts due to call-outs have impacted the overall atmosphere. It’s disappointing to find them repeatedly out of guacamole, a key ingredient in their dishes. I hope Qdoba addresses these issues soon to ensure a better dining experience for loyal customers like myself.
