Quality of food at this Qdoba location is good. Being in prime location near to University of Washington, there is lot crowd/online orders and definitely this location is way understaffed.

I order from this Qdoba regularly. I don’t know what happened, but in the last month, all 3 of my orders have been incorrect – two instances of staff forgetting to add shrimp in my surf ‘n turf, and a ground beef bowl that had NONE of my requested toppings AND the wrong protein. I get that food service is a terrible industry that doesn’t treat its workers as well as it needs to, but this is getting excessive and is just bad customer service. I feel grateful that the staff are immediately willing to fix these orders, but the fact they’re happening in the first place is pretty disappointing.

It was our first time having Qdoba, and of course, we had to compare it to Chipotle. The food was phenomenal compared to Chipotle, and I am the queen of Chipotle. Not literally, but we often eat at Chipotle. At least twice a month. This Qdoba location could use some practice wrapping burritos. If Chipotle can do it, so can Qdoba. I believe in you guys!

Just got bad food and bad attitude. Came in with my family and got the skimpiest tacos I’ve ever had. They were so bad it was almost funny… almost… They seemed annoyed by everyone and everything. Perhaps they were annoyed with us because I had free entree coupons. My company regularly gets catering from this location and we spend between $500 and $850 each time. I would think that is worth three or four entree coupons but apparently it’s not…I would have rather paid money and actually got a real taco. I will strongly consider using Chipotle, taco del Mar, taco Time or any other Mexican establishment for our catering next time instead of here.

First time eating here so I was paying attention to details. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly server. He got me in and out with tha quickness. Restaurant was very clean and tha workers here appeared to have high esteem. Happy employees can only help guarantee happy customers. I definitely look forward to eating here again.

Came here for catering for work. Easy online order and pickup was easy. They were still putting our order together but it wasn’t a big deal. They were fast and efficient. And everyone liked the food. It just never seems like it’s enough food when you order catering though.

RUDE. FOOD IS DRY AND COLD. THE GUAC IS TOO SALTY. THERE ARE BETTER RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA WITH BETER SERVICE AT A SIMILAR OR CHEAPER PRICE POINT. The staff today had terrible customer service and attitudes, especially the cashier. I greeted them very nicely and was polite all throughout the interaction. The cashier practically shoved the bag at me, even after I was nice enough to tell them I’ll take the item that they rang me extra for by mistake because they don’t communicate with each other. Horrible experience. Never again. To the franchise owner, please teach your staff the basics of customer service and common courtesy.

We placed an order through doordash. When our doordash driver arrived at the location to the pick the order, the staff told him that the order was already picked. The driver called us to check if we had received our order and we confirmed that we hadn’t received our order. The driver brought a staff member on the phone so they could confirm. The Qdoba staff told me they cannot do anything, its doordash’s problem and we need to contact doordash. I told him if both my app and the app on the driver’s phone in front of them is telling them that the order has not been picked up, shouldn’t they make a replacement order. I can understand that they handed my order to someone else in error, but they should take responsibility for it. The staff member said they cannot do anything and started blabbering that they don’t have phones, they don’t have tablets or computers, they cannot do anything. The most annoying part of all, they kept walking away from the call, I had to keep asking them to come to the phone and talk, instead of speaking from a distance. They were least interested in the event whatsoever. I have had mistakes with my order in the past from this location with incorrect toppings etc, but this experience tops all those mistakes. Never ordering from them again.
