Went here for wedding anniversary. Ambiance is nice. Low key, comfortable seating area (they have indoor and outdoor) and relaxing music. Casual place,although some people dress up.

The sushi here is sushi-ing! Awesome happy hour deal at a quality sushi place in center city. I literally always find myself coming back here for affordable quality sushi and I am so happy I have found a reliable place for sushi in philly. In my opinion it’s hard to find a place here that meets both my quality and price factors.

My boyfriend and I ate here. I reserved dinner through a link from Google; I believe in using Google Maps. I parked my car in a lot that I had to pay for because I was worried there would be no parking out in the front of Qu Japan Bistro & Bar. As I arrived through the entrance, a blustery and cold day, might I add? I was 15 mins earlier than my reservation and no one has greeted us or even asked to wait for service, just silence, and it was a happy hour at the time and wanted to try it out before our reservation. We waited passed happy hour as we packed it out, but packed out that you couldn’t greet us? I spent a lot in there, and it didn’t feel nice to not be noticed. I like the sushi, but we were treated wrong. Likewise, I also ordered the Fried Panto Shrimp, and it tasted like the shrimp wasn’t washed. It tastes like as if the shrimp were soaking in its water for a while. I did like the Panko part, though. It was crunchy and sweet.

Nice spot for sushi and drinks. We had went there after happy hour and had great drinks and such and wings. They got a good collection of Asian drinks and sake cocktails. Some regular cocktails were good too. The interior were also kind of very cute. May be good spots to take pics lol.

Overall we had a great experience. Upon entering the restaurant, we were near the lower bar and there was no one actively seating guests. It was a little bit confusing. After trying to figure out if you seat yourself or not, we walked up the stairs and a server sat us down right away. The food and service was good. I would definitely come back.

Great service and very tasty! Tasty appetizers- we got calamari and seaweed salad. The sushi was amazing! I was sad they don’t do the king crab roll anymore but the replaced it with lobster and that was yummy! Husband said the ramen was great, especially the egg that had a Smokey flavor.

Decent place to dine in. Right in the heart of downtown. I wish the ramen was hotter in temperature when it was served. They give you a bottle of seasoning if you want it spicier. Their potion is on the smaller side for the price (must be because of the location) but everything had good flavor & taste.

You have to stop here! As soon as you walk in, you’re immersed in a cute and classy aesthetic. The service is quick and professional. The house salad is refreshing, miso soup is on 10. They actually have one of the most extensive menus I’ve ever seen, something for every taste. The chicken teriyaki is simple, but perfectly cooked and it comes in a big portion. The bar menu is smooth as well. Right in the thick of it by Love Park too.
