I ordered delivery for my husband who was out of town for work on our anniversary. I asked the restaurant to write “happy anniversary” on a napkin for him and they literally got EVERYONE to do it! it was so sweet and thoughtful. and he said the wings were amazing!

I walked in and ordered and paid for two meals to go. More than half an hour later I was informed that my order had not been sent to the kitchen. After 20 more minutes of waiting the cashier said, “Can I get you a glass of water?” Really?? My order arrived and I went home to discover: no napkins, plastic ware and one of my veggie dishes had not been included. I called, and the manager was able to put a credit back on my card for the missing food. Meaning that Quaker keeps credit card information. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Oh, and no licorice anymore. Nope, I won’t go back.

Went in on a Wed night for dinner, waited over an hour for food that was very over cooked. I ordered a Thunderbird steak medium rare and it was well done. Wife ordered boneless wings that were dried out. Daughter ordered Max N Cheese and it was dry too. This location used to be one of our favorites but it seems like they are short staffed and food quality has gone way down. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

This is an awesome spot to go. From the outside it looks like you can get an oil change. Then you walk in and there’s a motorcycle hanging from the ceiling! They had the best tasting mixed drink everr. The food wasn’t good. Totally beyond good God! And the service was impeccable.

Food was good but the last few times the service has been bad. We had an order of $70 and couldn’t get refills on our drinks. The waitress takes our order then disappears. Then she walks by our empty glasses at the edge of the table and does nothing. This has been going on the last few times and we are getting tired of coming and getting bad service. Maybe the manager should have a talk with the servers. Because we are going elsewhere now.

Underwhelming, but not entirely awful. The side salad was impressive, but our Lube Chips appetizer came after our entrees and was cold by the time we got around to picking at it. Staff acted like that was normal and didn’t offer to take it off our check, even though we didn’t really eat any of it. Steak was over cooked and tasted burnt, but the wings were really pretty good and the Mac N Cheese was decent. Water tastes funny, but that’s probably more of a local thing than anything to do with the restaurant. I wouldn’t actively recommend eating here, but I’d probably try it again.

I can’t rate the food because it never came. This was such an awful experience I try to steer people away from going— and we were there to begin with because I had told my fiancé how great it is! We get business, but there was absolutely no excuse for what we experienced.

I hadn’t been to this place in years because the food was lackluster and the service was bad. My parents and I decided to try it again for lunch, and I’m still just as unimpressed. The wait times are long, the prices are high and the service isn’t great. Most of the tables were full yet there only seemed to be a handful of people working. We got drinks right away and ordering was easy. The main issue was the wait time. In forty minutes, we only got that first round of drinks. No salads, no food, no check ins until a manager came over saying something about the kitchen. We ended up paying for drinks (11.90 for three drinks!) and leaving. I have no desire to ever go back.
