Our story began in 2016 when we opened our doors with the sole purpose of serving fresh, authentic Vietnamese food. As we focused on this seemingly simple mission, our restaurant’s exceptional food quality, excellent customer service, colorful environment, and unmatchable value all fell into place as well. With our in-house branded “Mii Sauce”, all of our flavorful dishes became heightened in depth and seasoning, adding a myriad of new flavors and umami. We are best known for our Bánh Xèo (Crispy Crepe)!
We cordially invite everyone to come in and try our delicious dishes–made with locally sourced ingredients, cooked with great intentionality, and served proudly by our warm and inviting staff. What are you waiting for!

6:30 pm Thu/3 Aug: easy to park, and get seated. $14.95 for #27 “Bun Bo Hue” beef noodle soup with pork was hearty. $2.95 for can of Diet Coke was a surprise. This Bolsa mini Plaza has several other eateries I’m keen on trying.

Usually come here a few times a year, never disappoints. Gets packed on weekends so try to show up early. Last time we came ordered banh xeo dac biet. Crepe was savory and warm, but the shrimp still had the shell on it which scratched the inside of my mouth. The waiters never checked on us after receiving our food to fill up water etc.

I had the most amazing experience at Quan Mii! The authentic Hue cuisine was bursting with flavor and the portions were very generous. The bun bo hue was a standout – perfectly spicy and savory, with tender beef and flavorful broth. The mi Quang noodle was also exceptional – a delicious medley of shrimp, pork, noodles, and veggies. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back! #huecuisine #vietnamesefoodie #deliciousness

This place has been around for awhile. My parents love this place. Food is good just a bit greasy and salty. Typical middle Vietnamese cooking. Kinda pricey. One and done things.

Can’t rave enough about this place! Now I know why this place is always so crowded. Their self gọi cuốn is so abundant and awesome! Love doing it myself. Their bánh xèo is pretty good too although a little skimpy on the filling but it’s super crispy! I especially love the mound of super fresh herbs and greens.

Excellent banh xeo. Beyond that, the food is average. When my son and I ordered the Bun Bo Hue, we couldn’t spice it up enough to have any flavor.

Banh xeo was good but expensive and everything else is meh. The service is abhorrently bad. We had to ask for missing utensil, napkins, and water several times and it didn’t come out till we were mostly done eating with hands while the waiters were standing around chitchatting. 18% gratuity is automatically included for bare minimum. I recommend to completely avoid this place.

We tend to come here for family gathering, but our recent visits in 2022 and in May 2023 was a big disappointment. The bun bo hue had way too much cinnamon and too much sugar. It was bad. The banh xeo used to be good. Now, it’s dried and overcooked. Never, never again.

Food here is great! Had the crispy crepes (banh xeo dac biet), steamed rice cakes (banh beo), and the rice noodles with beef and egg rolls (bun thit nuong, cha gio); it was all good. Make sure to bring mints or gum if you have fish sauce. Service was good as well. Parking can be found in the adjacent lot; shared with other businesses. Restaurant and restrooms were clean as well. Wanted to try the salmon belly but they didn’t have it; what they did have was good!

I’m so happy i found a place that serves savory Vietnamese crepes “banh xeo”. And they serve it with fresh veggies and rice paper to roll it (exactly how i eat it at home). They don’t deep fry it like other places but do ask for extra crispy if you like an extra crunch. I’ve tried quite a few dishes and have enjoyed them all, bun bo hue, banh uot thit nuong.
