Our story began in 2016 when we opened our doors with the sole purpose of serving fresh, authentic Vietnamese food. As we focused on this seemingly simple mission, our restaurant’s exceptional food quality, excellent customer service, colorful environment, and unmatchable value all fell into place as well. With our in-house branded “Mii Sauce”, all of our flavorful dishes became heightened in depth and seasoning, adding a myriad of new flavors and umami. We are best known for our Bánh Xèo (Crispy Crepe)!

Prior to this opening, we braved the wait and ate at the original location on Bolsa. The banh xeo are huge and full of stuff inside, ie meat, seafood, veggies, except fillers. Very crunchy (how do they get it that big and cruchy ?) and delicious, without being overly greasy. Very generous with veggies, which are almost as important as the banh xeo. Nuoc nam was great too…that’s also important. Lol. Overall for this item, 5*.

The best way to describe the food was “fresh” everything tasted so lite and airy and just overall very fresh . Definitely left full but not uncomfortable full just really great food and we’ll thought out and very enjoyable.

Delicious Vietnamese food. Mi quang and the different types of banh beo were comforting and tasty. The ingredients tasted fresh and the flavors were perfect. The banh xeo dough is on the sweet side and it was incredibly crispy.
