We are huge mexican food connoisseurs and this is HANDS DOWN the Best Mexican we’ve ever had!!! The mom/dad and son make this place super authentic and fresh with their old family recipes! They’re very kind and can make anything you request, even if it’s not on the menu! Delicious & amazing is what makes this special! If I could give 100 stars I would!

Outstanding Steak Tacos with homemade Corn Tortillas. The steak had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. Service was friendly, but our server never came back to offer refills. We also ordered a Steak Buritto with extra steak. The Burrito cost around 20 dollars and was extremely small. I highly recommend them and will go back. I would definitely stick with the tacos, though.

First of all the costumer service is a huge 10/10. I have tried a couple different dishes, and all have been wonderful. I would highly recommend over other Mexican restaurants in Yorkville. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go.

This place needs a line out the door immediately. food was amazing and service is over the top. servers are well trained and extremely kind and offer help with the menu and recommending food that other peers liked, or themselves. seen this place a lot driving by and decided to take a look inside. extremely clean atmosphere and workers. gorgeous place and decorations.

We visit Que Brava a few times a month. It’s basically our go-to when we don’t want to cook at home. The food is always great. I get either the Al pastor tacos or the steak enchiladas with mole sauce (the sauce is to die for!!). The staff is incredibly friendly, especially our usual server David. One time every table was full and it took a little longer to get our food (still not an unreasonable wait) and the chef came out and apologized for the delay. We look forward to our next visit.

Something for everyone! We popped in with our family of 4 and found something for even my pickiest eaters. We ordered guacamole, queso, fajitas, quesadillas and a tostada. Everything came out hot and tasted so good. The food is fresh and everything is made on site. The service was superb and so accommodating. I don’t know why there isn’t a line of people waiting for a table. Great gem and shouldn’t be a secret anymore!

I have been searching for a good Mexican restaurant for the last few years when I stumbled on to Que Brava. I was so excited about the food that I had to try it a couple more times to convince myself it wasn’t an aberration. Only then did I invite another couple to join us. That couple is usually very negative on any restaurants that I have propose. But Que Brava was the first exception. The enchiladas-verde are amazing. Their salsa is the first salsa that I wanted to have as a main course. Needless to say, our guests requested that we return to Que Brava the next time they visit us.
