Great food. However, it was insanely loud in the restaurant – we couldn’t hear our server, and he couldn’t hear us. Table with 4 adults and 2 children, and we were given a 4oz ramekin of salsa to share. That’s it. It was hard work getting another 4oz of salsa and Pico. The food was delicious, and the service was overall good. If you don’t like to have conversations with anyone while dining out, this is the perfect place.

Went for the first time last night. The staff was all really welcoming, friendly, and spoke to us as we walked in heading to our table. The decor was nice! This location used to be a wedding/ event venue. We actually went to a wedding here about 10 years ago. We order the fajitas and it came out quickly and hot. We will definitely be back!

Hands down the best Mexican restaurant around. We needed a real Mexican restaurant in Columbia. The food was amazing, we had the El Popeye, fajitas and burritos. We loved every bite! Very friendly staff, they made sure we were taken care of the entire meal. We definitely will be back!

My food was bland. Green enchiladas with tasteless chicken clumps. The salsa & chips you get is sour tomato sauce. Chip are the cardboard string chips. I will try once more but order the nice drinks everyone was ordering. Music is playing & everyone talking like you are in a cafeteria. Basic Mexican restaurant.

Tried this place tonight 8/25/23 based on all the word of mouth hype in town. Food wise this is no different or better than El Jimador, 3 Brothers, or San Jose. The atmosphere is better aesthetically, except for the loud club music jarring your brain the entire meal. Parking is a pain as well. Service wise, it was A+. The staff was attentive and friendly. The only issue was hearing them over the loud guest chatter and club music.

Went here Friday night about 7pm for date night. Was told there would 15 minute wait that ended up being more like 25-30 minutes. We got the tableside quac (which was good- but needed seasoning) in a timely manner but after that we waited 45 minutes after ordering to get our entrées. Our server only apologized after I asked where our food was after waiting over 30 minutes. She just kept saying there were a ton of tickets and they were doing them in the order they were received. Our server never offered more chips or anything to tide us over. She seemed to know she should apologize for the situation but the apology didn’t really mean anything, she really didn’t care or at least didnt convey it if she did.
