I ordered a Caesar Salmon Salad extra eggs cheese and dressing on side. The receipt clearly says what I want. I order this salad at least once a week and it always is a different price but always the same salad until today. This has red and brown lettuce at the least but I am highly allergic to Olives and onions which never come on salad. I asked for it to be fixed they suggested I transfer salmon from one salad with allergic food to another salad. How does that make sense? Like I am allergic. They hung up on me with no solutions and said I can bring it in when I already paid for something I cannot consume. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF FOOD OR THEIR CUSTOMERS HEALTH.

They don’t list the right prices on GrubHub and then tack on extra charges after you order. I called to cancel my last order and they made the food anyway so I couldn’t get a refund. If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT order from Queen Express Pizza!

Raw salmon in my salad, I wish I had read the reviews before driving from Jersey. They offered to give a credit, but I won’t be returning. I live too far away to deal with this and my money was wasted. After sending photos, I was also advised to add butter to a pan and finish cooking it at home. The place was hot, no AC and the one fan was blowing on the employees. That should’ve been a red flag to begin with. Lesson learned…

Found hair in my cheesteak. When I called to report the matter, I was called a liar by some lady that worked there and the owner refused to provide me with a refund. Even if their policy is “no refunds”, I would’ve been okay, but to call me a liar because I found hair in my food is not acceptable. The lady that worked there even stated no one there has hair, so now I’m left to assume the hair is from an animal. Check your food before you indulge or just stay clear from this place all together.

Seriously don’t understand why this place is still open? Food was cold and soggy!! They charged me $32 for three cheese steaks, none of which had what I asked for on them. I think CHEESE steaks are supposed to have CHEESE. THE MEAT WAS OVERCOOKED AND DRIED OUT. There was barely any meat on them when I called to say, they forgot the cheese a very RUDE LADY told me it was on the bottom. There was NO CHEESE OR MAYO on the sandwiches. The amount of ketchup on the sandwiches looked and tasted like the little packages of ketchup. I am very disappointed. I could have went over to Chili’s and got 2 for $22 and had a whole meal. I tell you what they will NEVER get another penny from me. I hope this post helps someone make the wise decision to not eat here. The delivery time is excellent, but I guess that’s cause they put no love into the food they make. This place needs to take a class on customer satisfaction skills, and problem solving. Well feel free to ask me questions about my experience with Queen Pizza. My advice don’t throw your money away.
