Queen’s Chopstick is a Corvallis staple. The food is reliable and delicious every time. Terry the owner treats us like family and the the restaurant is run by his family. If you’re ever looking for some comfort food or want to venture out and try more authentic dishes this is the place to do it.

My wife and I stopped by for lunch because the restaurant participates in a local food assistance program. I could not be happier with that decision, as this was hands-down the best Asian food I’ve had here in Oregon (I grew up near Asian communities in SoCal so I have high standards).

Up there with the worst food I’ve ever had. General tsao chicken tasted like cakey flour. No flavor. Veggie lo mein noodles had 4 pieces of broccoli. Fried rice had no eggs, no vegetables, nothing. Garlic ribs were super salty and dry. Worst 50 bucks I’ve ever spent on door dash. My wife and I took a few bites of everything and promptly threw the entire order in the garbage bin. Inedible

Ordered 3 apps, they were VERY obviously heated from frozen. And priced way too high for frozen. The entree we got was 90% noodles, very little veg or meat, and quite expensive. They might make some excellent dishes, but I’m not willing to throw more money at them to find out what those dishes are.

You know the place is legit when it’s packed with chinese people. My favorite American style dish is honey walnut shrimp. Also their Mongolian beef is so tender

The egg drop soup is some of the best I’ve ever had. The downside is the Beef and broccoli . It should be called broccoli and beef. Besides the vegetables being served cold and a bit to raw for my taste, the beef consists of 2 tiny chunks. 95% broccoli. The beef that was there was incredible. Shame, some better veggies and that delicious beef would have gotten a much better review.
