What a cool place and what good food probably the best bbq ive ever had amazing sauce. I got the falcon with burnt ends and mac and cheese bites. I went with the spicy bbq sauce. Definitly a must try if your on the area

Interesting industrial look to the building with games inside and out. I felt like the food was overpriced though. The brisket and sauces were good. Mac and cheese was good. Fries were lack luster as well as the potato salad. I guess I just expected more after hearing there’s some of the best bbq places here. The ordering is different…You order at a walk up window outside and they can bring it in but there is no server really. Nothing against the workers for that. They did a good job. Beer was good and they will let you sample. No liquor.

Fabulous. Traveling through Kansas City and stumbled on this place. Phenomenal BBQ. Seated on the outside of an old mill. Inside has an eclectic collection of tables and chairs. Pool tables. Arcade games. Outside cornhole. Also has a coffee bar and beer establishment. Live music at times.

Quite literally the best BBQ in Kansas City. That’s not a typo and I’m not taking it back. The burnt ends and sliced brisket were supreme and the baked beans are delectable particularly if you add the hot BBQ sauce. We had them cater an event once (previous visit) and it was on time, hot, and delicious. Quentin’s never disappoints.

We visited on our way home from the race and really enjoyed the food. It is an unusual place that has some outdoor recreation amenities, but we chose to dine indoors.
