Amazing food. Great location. Super friendly staff. We tried several food items Isd well as the freshly squeezed juice. The meatball sub was absolutely amazing. The bread, meat and sauce was delicious. We also had chicken fried rice. So many great flavors with this dish. Even ordered one to go! The peanut butter sandwich was great! My husband had the brirria tacos. The fresh squeezed juice combos were great. Very refreshing. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about food recommendations. Will definitely be back!

We got the Birria tacos and sandwich and a couple drinks and it was alright but the portions were small and it was way more expensive than it should have been. It also took about 30 minutes to make our food and we were the only ones ordering.

The guys running this operation are amazing. Everything is cooked to order and the food is super fresh and very high quality. I ordered twice from them, before I left, because the food was soooooo good! I must suggest that you try the sweet meat with beef and gator… exquisite is not a good enough adjective to truly describe this dish, but that’s the closest one my mind can conjure. Take a “shot of life” while you’re there and enjoy your meal!!

The one food truck I ate at out of 72 I need to take a photo was Quick Fix Cuisine. I have to say I’m so happy I decided to give this one a try! Probably one of the best quesadillas I’ve eaten. I had the shrimp quesadilla with all the fixings (must have the berry habanero sauce) it was bomb diggity! Colorful, fresh and tasty! The service was also the friendly and helpful. I’ll be going back to try the rest of the menu!

My husband and I have been dying to try birria tacos for months, but had a hard time finding them outside the big cities. He found Quick Fix Cuisine on Facebook and we planned our trip. Y’all, these did NOT disappoint! They were outstanding, better than we could have ever hoped for! The owners are so nice too, and you can tell they care about their food and that people enjoy it. They came out several times to ask how we liked them and told us about the process. This is going to be a regular date night spot for us!

If I could give a 20 star review, I totally would!! The food is AMAZING!! The owners have THE BEST customer service!! Homemade, fresh ingredients, flavorful food!! The street corn is simply the best street corn I’ve ever had! My wife and I went there for dinner tonight, and April the owner, and Marcus were amazing! They made you feel like there was a story behind the food and gave you a connection to it! It was an amazing experience, and amazing food! We will definitely be long time customers!!

Delicious! We went tonight for the first time and got the birria tacos and chicken quesadilla (photo). Very flavorful, savory, and tender. The quesadillas had this lovely, light sweetness to them in the sauce that added so much flavor. Will definitely be coming back!
