It’s ok. Pizza dough had no chew, left a lot to be desired. Sauce was ok but got intense after a few slices. Cheese was lacking in volume. Judging off the margherita pie.

This is no joke, the best pizzeria in Minnesota. Perfect location right off of main street in downtown Stillwater. The cool aesthetic fits perfectly with the welcoming atmosphere and friendly & helpful staff (check out their great patio). The pizza itself is truly the real hero of QuickFire Pizza however; everything is cooked to perfection, ingredients are bursting with freshness, the recipes are simultaneously innovative & comfortingly familiar. How I’ve lived here for so long and put myself through green mill carbones pizza planets pizza ranch dominoes to name a few. But never had the pleasure of QuickFire pizza. The guys that are working are just cool dudes you probably want to catch a beer with after work, music selections on point from Beatles to zz top. Atmosphere is great. The pizza is Gold Standard. I had the Hawaiian and the Buffalo. Both were outstanding. Perfect flavors the crust was cooked exactly the way I wanted or imagined it would taste. Truly the pleasure was all mine today. Thank you guys and everyone needs to eat here so they know what a pizza place should be like.
