Quickie Subs has fast become one of our favorites. Owners (on staff) and employees, without exception, are wonderfully helpful and always happy to see you. My wife and I like to try different things and we are always offered multiple options and have yet to not like something. We’ve tried several subs, soup, and even a salad. Wanting to try the shakes but even after splitting a sub, we don’t have room! You won’t leave hungry!

First time visiting since the new owners took over and I am beyond pleased! Meatball sub was fresh and the single was very filling. I would highly recommend getting the sugar cookie milkshake! That milk shake blew me away. I will most definitely be coming back!

Quickie Subs is a must try. Italian beef was amazing! Bread was very fresh. Mouth watering Italian beef. Yummy! Broccoli cheddar soup was also fabulous! For first time customers they even take the time to explain the menu. It was so helpful, even in the middle of the lunch rush. Great people & great atmosphere.

Stopped into the new Quickie Subs today with a friend. I had a Banana Pudding Shake and my friend had a wrap. This shake was absolutely outstanding! The flavor was on point and being the ice cream foodie that I am, LOL ;-), I will definitely be back again and again for that and to try other flavors.

Tried for the first time today, must say it was amazing! The bread had the perfect cook that gave the best sounding crunch ever. They (the staff) were so kind and helpful when I told them I had never been there before, it was for me, a 10/10 experience! A few other great things about Quickies is they support the local animal shelter IVAR (Illinois Valley Animal Rescue) and the first thing I noticed was the pride flags they had displayed in several spots around the restaurant. As a member of the LGBT community it was very wonderful having a business that willingly and openly accepts people of different back grounds, they have gained a new customer.

This place was just amazing!! We are first timers but not for long!!! We had the Pizza Sub, a custom sub, a Banana pudding shake, and the lemon pie shake. Everything was deeee-licious!!! The owners were truly a breath of fresh air…super friendly, helpful, accommodating, and patient. It was nice going to an establishment where you know they care about their products and care about the customers! Best subs and more in the Illinois Valley, I can’t wait to try more!!!!

Stopped by Quickie Subs for lunch today and was very pleased with the environment, staff and food! I would like to say that the banana pudding shake is an 11/10, definitely one of the best shakes I have ever had! The Buttercream Caramel Shake was also very delicious! 10/10! The two subs were fresh. The bread, the meat/cheese, and the veggies were all fresh. We got the broccoli cheddar soup as well. The consistency of the soup was a little too thick for me but the flavor was spot on! Will definitely be back!!

These guys make you feel like family. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed, and the menu is explained, and they make excellent recommendations! The hot subs are delightful! I’ve had the Italian beef and a wrap – but, you can’t leave without trying a banana pudding shake and a homemade brownie. It’s definitely worth a trip!
