My first time and it was overly sweet, bought two of the brown sugar boba and kindly asked if I could trade it because the one I ordered was so sweet I couldn’t drink it. The cashier kindly smiled and threw it away for me and explained I could purchase a different one.

Went there when it was not that busy, they had a couple of other customers. Ordered my usual since I am very familiar with Quickly and other boba shops from all over San Diego/LA and also some food. After that, other customers that ordered after me were served first. After more than 12 min I asked what was going on with my order. We had to rush because of the movie we were going to was going to start. So the manager or whoever she was, printed a ticket from the register and put it very close to the face of the girl making the orders and demanding “hey did you make this”? So at that point I asked if I could just cancel the order and get a gift card or money back. Note that I even offered the chance to get a gift card so to support the business. Then the manager came up with the box of the waffle that was already done (drinks still were not) amd said, ok, I’ll refund you for the drinks. At that point, I said well in that case I want the tip I put in your jar back. It.was $2. Actually it was closer to $3 but not gonna bother with the change. Generous tip for a $16 order at counter. She then went to the kitchen to ask if I had put money. At this point I just left, looks like she doesn’t have a clue of customer service. Once out in the parking lot telling my date that they probably need those $2 more than I do, the other couple that was just after us overheard and laughed telling us they also had an issue with their order.

Good food (just snack type stuff) and tons of different kinds of drinks. Milkshakes, smoothies juices, milk bubble tea, and non milk bubble tea. And icees. There are Tons of flavors. Expensive though.

The tapioca pearls aren’t the best. Sometimes the middle is hard and not chewy and that’s my pet peeve. The prices here are expensive but I rarely find a place in soco that sells takoyaki and fish balls. I like quickly occassionally.

This Boba was so good it made me cry. I get boba here from time to time, and it’s always good, but today I went there and it was amazing! I never caught the girl’s name who gave it to me, but I really hope she knows who she is. I got some rose milk tea on my way home after finding out campus was closed for a holiday and it was amazing. I have never had boba this good in my life. It made my day, I cannot praise how amazing this was. It literally made me cry in my car after I had the first sip because it was so good.

Try their “crispy popcorn chicken” … It’s the best popcorn chicken out of just about anywhere. Served super hot, you may want to let it cool. They also have quite a variety of boba drinks. Definitely try one.
