I just made an order of chicken & shrimp plus extra shrimp when he arrived at my house I only have chicken, I call and tell him that my order did not have shrimp and he knows his answer, (bring the dish to the restaurant to see if it does not have shrimp) That is literally not a response from good customer service, why would I have to lie? And there was no sorry for the mistake. it’s crazy

After a long day at work, I decided to stop at this location for dinner. The minute I ordered my food, I immediately went to the men’s room to wash my hands and noticed there was no soap. I politely asked the guy at the register if they had any soap. If he could possibly get me some to wash my hands. He looked at me and, with a rude attitude, said ” I don’t have time to give you soap, don’t you see I’m taking orders” I looked over my shoulders and there was no one in line placing orders. I asked again, and he waved his hand at me and said, “Go away.” At that moment, I decided to ask him for a refund. I wasn’t going to eat at this location knowing they’re not washing theirs hands at all. He refused to give me a refund, and I asked him to call someone else who could help me he then proceeded to open the register and threw me the money. I wanted to get the Asian guy’s name, but the only thing I see on my receipt is the manager. What a shame to have someone like him as a manager running this restaurant. PLEASE AVOID COMING TO THIS LOCATION. This will be my first and last time coming here!!!!

Food was good, the soft drink machine was out of ice & I asked the guy if he could put more or if he had ice in the kitchen, he instantly got mad and gave me a dirty look for a reason & didn’t put ice in the machine or even looked. Very bad vibe for being a group of teenagers working smh

Food was good, but portions were way smaller than any other location I have been to. Don’t order extra meat, they charge you ~50% more and get about the same. Not the cleanest place either. I wouldn’t go to this specific location again.

The beef and tofu hibachi with noodles I ordered was delicious, freshly and quickly prepared, and reasonably priced at $8.45. Lunch is my main meal, so next time I’ll add chicken dumplings or egg roll. A good place for lunch if you’re shopping at Landmark Plaza.
