I usually don’t like giving bad reviews but after what I just saw…. I ordered hibachi and spring rolls. Saw a worker in the back eat a spring roll, lick his fingers, NOT wash his hands, then stick licked fingers and hand in the bag for my spring rolls to open it. Like what??? Soooo gross. Throwing the food in the trash and never eating here again. They need to be visited by the health department.

Went in here for a quick bite. I ordered the chicken no rice with veggies and no sauce since im on the keto diet. The cook replied yeah no sauce not sweet. I think he heard me wrong and replied yeah. I tasted the chicken first since it looked like it was marinated with sauce and sweet. Nothing bad but wanted it plain since im on my diet. So I took it back and told the owner I wanted no sauce and he replied the chicken is already seasoned. So I asked about the grilled salmon and he said yeah the salmon has no sauce. So I exchanged for the salmon upgrade. And no complaints! Got the salmon with veggies and hit the spot! Great bang for your buck under $10. I picked the carrots out and ate the broccoli n cabbage. I recommend this place for a quick bang for your buck!

Gave this place another chance after being turned off by the smell of the place the 1st time we visited. It must have just been some bad mop water that day because it hasnt smelled like that since. I’m glad we went back to give them another chance because their chicken teriyaki is delicious.

Came here as a first time customer to the chain. Food is very delicious, fresh, and presented well. I also had dumplings with my order, I think they were a tad overcooked and dry.

I was very pleased with my visit. The spring rolls were deliciously crispy and not too greasy. I ordered tofu and it was very well prepared. It was fried without being overcooked and dry. It was also seasoned very well especially with teriyaki sauce and fresh green onions added! I ordered 3 different meals and waited approximately 15 minuted. Some of the tables were dirty, but I was relieved to see the cashier coming to wipe down the tables as I was leaving. I will definitely be back soon!

Food was good but this place was our very first introduction to racism. It was unacceptable. One of the food server looked at my kid and asked me if he was to put our order together of separate?! I asked him three times what he was referring to? He kept saying the same thing. I kept my cool and told him not to talk to clients that way unless they want to loose business. When I got home. I called to store and spoke to the manager who was apologetic and said maybe the staff did not understand me, so I replied no because I spoke to him in Spanish. He was disrespectful and that is not okay. I don’t often post regarding what happened at places I go but i really did not appreciate what happened. I feel sad that still nowadays we experience racism between us people of other races. I am a true believer of peace and happiness but this encounter made me rethink my peace specially that I had to explain to my kid that technically that is was a typical ignorant would do. Anyways the food was good but I would not recommend because of the so uncalled for experience.

I just visited this location for the first time this evening at 8:15. If I could give zero stars I would. The cashier was very rude and begin to go off on a tangent when I asked if I could do both rice and noodles. He said “Why do people always just say rice! Why can’t they say fried or white?!?!” He starting banging on the register and rolling his eyes at me. I was in shock that he was acting this way.. I told him to forget the order and walked out. This is ridiculous no one should be treated like that. If he wanted to know which type of rice I wanted, he could have asked nicely..and kept his rude comments and mannerisms to hisself.

Terrible service as soon as we walked in. The guy at the box just pointed to carryout since we ordered online. Mind you we ordered THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. So we go over to carryout, they only have one bag there which is ours. We tell the guy standing there the order and he just snaps waiting for something. We stand there confused until we realize he wants our phone. So then we pull up the phone to show him the email and the guy goes to TOUCH OUR PHONE. Im like “hey the order is right there, dont touch!” so then he slowly hands us the food. Like at this point I feel like “keep your food, can we have a refund!” But my company says its ok and we take the food. Very disappointed, this service is unacceptable. Will never return and will let anyone who wants hibachi to know to NOT come here.

Do not get the sushi from this place!!! Ordered Some sushi and it had slimy brown cucumbers in it. The manager proceeds to tell me it’s fine because it frozen thawed then frozen again but safe to eat. I have never tasted something so foul. I had to drive back to return the sushi and then was looked at by the manager like I did something wrong. I will never go to this location again horrible customer service. They really need to fix some things.
