Well I disagree with John review about experience people. You can have experienced people with bad processes in place. Quincy has a bad process in place. For instance, the guy that came in 10 minutes after me got his burger before I got my nachos. The bar was covered by 5 employees and we were over looked because I am sure someone thought someone else took our order. Food was at best the best dog food my dog has had in 4 months. He was excited to have Luke warm leftovers that could have easily been mistaken for vomit if i gave it to a human being. Needless to say i waited around for months for this disappointment. Side note the wings were alright so instead of 1 star you get an automatic promotion to 2 stars. Hip hip hooray. Btw staff was super friendly.

My kid has celiac (gluten free mandatory) our server went to the kitchen 5 times to check if her food option would be OK. Turns out they didn’t have the ability to cater to her needs. The manager brought prepackaged applesauce for her. We didn’t end up eating, but the care the staff shows for their customers is incredible. Great place, cool atmosphere, great people.

Great atmosphere. Staff is super attentive and efficient. Quincy’s is a weekly staple for our family, once or twice a week! Love having such great option so close to home.

Nice sports bar but for 4 in the afternoon they were almost out of steak and didn’t have the impossible burger at all. Kind server but the kitchen didn’t make our skins for the appetizer so we went without. Love to support Damascus but it was just “okay”

Newest location of our good old Quincys.

Nothing remarkable. The wall in my booth was dirty, the service was friendly but slow, and the food was decent though the portions were on the smaller side. Basically Hornet’s Nest has better food, better service, and actual decor.

I asked my wife to pick me up a Greek salad with gyro meat, since there aren’t many options near Damascus. I came home to a $21 salad ($6 for the meat, even though the website says $4). A few pieces of lettuce, a little bit of cheese and a some meat. McDonalds has a better salad. Quite possibly the worst salad over $5 that I’ve ever seen.

1st and probably last visit. They’ve been open 4-5 months now and have apparently not overcome the early growing pains. The food is okay, don’t expect 5-star Michelin dining. The service was just horrible. The restaurant was hardly busy and it took 5+ minutes for someone to come to the table. My wife started to order and the waitress said “wait a minute ” and ran off to get her notepad to write down the orders. The orders cam quickly enough, but the side orders were switched on our plates. We finished our meal and waited….I saw our waitress pushing a broom across the restaurant, talking with another female employee, who was sitting in a booth and had been on her cell phone most of the time. She and not our waitress eventually…guessing peaked around to see what are status was and I said, “yes, we are done.” I understand that high school students need jobs, but at least teach them the fundamentals of good customer service. It was clear that the other employee was not a good mentor. This place may be good for football games, beer specials and bar food, but it falls short as a restaurant.

Took extremely long to get our food. My guess… short of cooks. Music too loud, bad choice of music, poor music speaker system. Waitress ok even though she forgot to give us eating utensils. Had to grab them ourselves. Food ok. Will not go there again.

In a word, underwhelming. Understaffed, and it showed. The bartender was clearly struggling to keep up with the amount of guests in the building and the manager was neither nice nor helpful. The first drink I ordered was flat. The lasagna “special” was $17 and came out cold. Serving size was small, flavor was on par with most frozen lasagna dishes. All in all, sad for Damascus.
