The Apple Valley Cider Peach was super delicious. Chicken Poblano was good. It didn’t have a bunch of popping flavor that you would expect with the name. Chipotle meatballs for a started were pretty good!

Quinto’s is VERY nice. Our pizza was delicious! They have an amazing tap selection where you can scan a card and pour your own beers! The decor is beautiful and their pizza oven is a work of art. We were able to either order at the counter, or though my phone, and they brought our pizza out quickly. Staff has great attitudes and are willing to show people how to use the beer wall. I highly recommend trying one of their unique pizzas!

Meatballs are delicious, Arancini is delicious, the side of greens was a wonderful side! We had two pizzas, Little Warrior and The Pedro! They were Awesome! We will be back, everything was great!

If you’re looking for a family friendly neighborhood spot, this is the place to be! From the moment you step in the door, you are greeted with a warm greeting and the warm smell of fresh pizza. While the restaurant is self-serve the employees are always willing to help and they check on you frequently. After you order your pizza, you grab a beer from the self-serve beer wall and seat yourself. While you wait the whole family can play the tabletop ring and hook game. The self-serve beer wall features a great variety of beer, wine, margaritas and seltzers.

We had the More Meat Pizza and the Gluten free option. The gluten free option was the best we’ve ever had at a pizza restaurant. Also, the beer wall was awesome! Highly recommend.

Great pizza made fresh to order in their oven. Stellar atmosphere with a good patio, though a little busy during trivia night, we still enjoyed ourselves and had spaces for kids to hang around with activities. Decent beer selection, could have more local options.

Great atmosphere, food was amazing. Solid, simple, yet perfectly executed pizza. Good beer on tap, pour it yourself which is a very unique touch. I will definitely be spending a lot of time and money in this establishment.

This is the best pizza I’ve had in Colorado. The Western Slope was deliciously smokey and sweet. The Pedro wasn’t as spicy as expected, but still delicious. Great outdoor seating and cool self-service taps (may be off-putting to some, but I think it’s a fun idea, even if I don’t want to see it everywhere).

Staff was very friendly and tentative. Our waiter noticed we liked our pizza more spicy and gave us a chipotle marinara to try which was delicious. Pizza turned out great and was very affordable. The beer tap wall is cool and provides a good selection of brews. Atmosphere is clean and inviting.
