Wonderful service, was nice to sit and chat with the nice lady in front. All the cooks took the time to wave and say hello as well. Everything we ordered came very quickly and was so good. I cant wait to come here again very easy to find and parking was simple.

Customer service was good but quality of food not good. I ordered 2pc fish w/ Mac n cheese and greens. The greens were gritty and I really don’t like really big pieces of fish and they were huge they were too fishy like they didn’t clean it good and the Mac was salty.

Love this place!!!! Highly recommend! My hubby loves the smothered pork chop with black eyed peas and greens with an additional side of Mac, my personal favorite is the fried catfish with brown beans and cabbage! You’ll never be disappointed! Made to order too. I never get any pictures cause it’s always gone by the time I think about taking them !

I don’t usually leave reviews like this but for the quality, & quantity of the food these prices are outrageous. I LOVE supporting black businesses but with these prices, & quantity, & quality it’s getting a little hard…. & not to add for the prices of the sides- the Mac and cheese and cabbage had a WEIRD taste. Almost like everything was cooked in some type of meat broth… bacon greese for the cabbage is good!

AMAZING food and even more amazing PEOPLE. My wife and I stopped by after reading a review on Wichita by E.B’s Facebook page and we were not disappointed. Quita B’s had just opened up and there were a few things that weren’t ready when we arrived, but everything was worth the wait.

The food was unreal. My husband and I went here when it first opened. We got the fried fish with greens, sweet potatoes, and mac n cheese. The fish fillets were huge, fried perfectly in a cornmeal based batter. The wait was long but worth it. It’s isn’t fast food and shouldn’t be considered such. Honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time, and I don’t really like fish all that much. 5 stars 10/10 recommend.

Local family restaurant. Brother /sister team cooking up food with love. The smell as I drove home was tempting. The first bite was a sinfully rich flavor I haven’t had since leaving the deep south. The greens were cooked down and tender, a slight heat kept me coming back. The cabbage was also flavorful, cooked but not soggy. The black eyed peas had been simmered to perfection. There was something in the homemade mac & cheese, I can’t quite put my finger on it, but I ate every last bite. Real mashed potatoes, lumps and all were a treat. The wings and pork chop both had a nice breading, fried to the perfect scold, while the meat was still juicy and tender. Smothered in flavorful and addictive gravy, I will be back. All dinners are $12, oxtail and neckbone dinners are $15. Great service from the nicest folks.

I love soulfood. It takes alot of time to prepare. I ordered my default meal in a new place. Fried chicken, yams, greens, Mac n cheese and cornbread. All of it is delicious. I had to stop and do this review. Didn’t take long either!

Now living in Seattle, I came back to visit my hometown for the first time in 25 years. My cousin told me to try Quita B’s when I asked where to get some good old soul food.
