First let me say how impressed I am that you take the time to read and reply to all reviews, that shows that you really care about your business. Second let me say how pleased with the service we received from Leeland. He was extremely polite and helpful, he was excellent!!! Now to the food, it’s been years since I had a Quiznos sub and I must say it was absolutely delicious the only thing I didn’t care for was the red sauce on my steakhouse sub, just a tad too sweet. I liked the one my husband got better. He had the Greek sub. I wish this store was located closer to where I live in Hampton Roads. Thank you for taking care of your business.

Stopped by and they had closed and locked the doors 10 minutes early. Employee was inside ignoring anyone who approached the door. Guess they are headed for history like most of the chain. Miss the good old days.

Great food and even better service! The manager, I assume, went above and beyond. He was personable, knowledgeable, and allowed me to taste a sample the Batch 83 sauce before ordering. (The sauce is amazing by the way & they do sell it there.) Its amazing how much of an impact good service can have on your food experience, but I haven’t experienced service this great anywhere in a long time.

There’s no Quiznos near our home anymore so my new Marine requested we eat at one on the way home from Parris Island. After several hundred miles of driving we discovered this location is in a gas station Boy were we all (7of us) surprised, hands down this is the BEST Quiznos we’ve ever had! The manager and crew were friendly, funny and just great, despite how close it was to closing time. The food was perfect! It’s going to be a required stop on our next trip down 95!!!

Something for everyone! Two soups and chili today, pita sandwiches and subs. We all enjoyed our food, which was hot and flavorful. Kudos to manager Jason, who lent my mom his office chair. All the tables were high tops and she has impaired mobility and so couldn’t sit on the bar stools. Great service!

I’m from Hampton Roads and my dad lives in Rocky Mount. I would travel through Emporia and noticed the store. I’ve always wanted to stop since they have closed all our stores. This is now our closes store. My dad passed last month and he loved Quiznos so in his memory we stopped in. Store was very clean. The staff was exceptional especially the male who is at least the manager if not the owner. The food was amazing. I ate the steak, my dad’s favorite. I told the gentleman about my dad and how we will be driving back and forth on weekends for a couple of months. The flowing weekend we stopped and the gentleman remembered and offered his condolences. It is important to connect with your customers, even the transient ones. On another weekend we stopped and that gentleman was not working so I thought this would be a good test to see if his employees would continue with the same customer service. He did. He too was amazing. It helps the healing process when I can stop in to personal service and have a sandwhich in my dad’s memory.
