Always a good experience compared to other heavy sandwich shops. You can tell they work hard and take pride in their work. I do wish they’d bring back the sides bar but that went away during Covid. Doubt we’ll ever see it again.

We ordered the Chicken Carbonara sub and it was fresh, tasty and the cashier even wrote “his” and “hers” on our subs which was very thoughtful and cute. The simple things make you smile.

This Quiznos is pretty awesome. They have a much better dine in environment than some of the other ones downtown. They are always fast and accurate with orders. Not to mention the sandwiches are pretty dang good. My favorite is the Baja chicken.

I can see from some of the reviews that I am not the only dissatisfied customer when it comes to this location. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! I experienced such poor customer service at this location that I had to explain my situation to headquarters. I was forced to be charged a second time due to whatever issue was going on with their system. Then when I requested the manager to call the owner to rectify the situation she refused. To make matters worse headquarters stated that the owner would respond to my customer response within 48-72 hours. Karen Craft responded all right, she emailed me that my refund for my duplicate transaction was complete – nothing else nothing more, no apologies, no inquiry of what transpired at HER ESTABLISHMENT, which is quite concerning because that means you do not want to make your location better and do not want to hear feedback from clearly a dissatisfied customer. It’s been well over a few weeks and I did not receive any contact from this owner. Unfortunately I wasted my time and my Quiznos craving at this location. Where I live there is no Quiznos and it’s very unfortunate that this is the service I received here. I REPEAT DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION – go to any other location or a WAWA , subway or make a sub at home before you come to this one.

I seem to go here a lot for dates with guys I have seen in the past and that’s interesting that somehow I end up here a lot. I like this location because they have an excellent soda fountain selection including pink lemonade refills.

The one lady was very polite, but the other was snippy with everyone. They were out of co2 for the fountain drinks, but didn’t bother to tell us that when they asked if we wanted combo meals. I will try another location next time.
