Got a chicken carbonara. It was an hour and a half before they closed and guy refused to dip my chicken before putting it on sandwich. I told him and he said that the chicken is grilled so it doesn’t need dipped despite my objection as I knew it would be cold if he didn’t dip it. It was dry, flavorless, and indeed it was cold.

Tried making an order online with the app. The app stated that the restaurant was 1.2 miles away, which it was on the other side of town. I placed the order and the default tip was 25%!!! I changed the tip to 0 since there was no option for 0. What a scam. I called the store which I placed my order and the employee was not able to cancel my order from the app. Out of $32.09! When I placed an order to the correct store, they we’re ignoring me and we’re somewhat rude! Not to mention, The employee had her 5 year old standing on the counter, prepping food. Food was amazing though.

Cheddar broccoli soup was old. My French dip should of had four items on it but did not get onions or mushrooms. I did end up throwing it away and going to the store off 104th where the soup was fresh and the sandwich was made properly.
