I come to this location all the time. Usually it is a great experience, friendly, welcoming. Not this time. Employees did not greet me when I came into restaurant, even though there was 2 employees and no customers in store. Made zero attempt to interact other than asking what food and cashing out. 2 guys, younger, will not be coming back if these 2 are on shift.

Food was good cashier sucked. I opted for the meal. Sign said $3 for tots and a drink. Dude tried to charge me $3 for the drink and another 2.50 for the tots. I explained the sign and pointed it out. He just read off the prices on the screen like a robot.

Been eating here since I moved to the area. At least once a month we do a delivery or pickup order and it has ALWAYS been on time and never a mess-up. This is how a business should be run! I’ve tried other Quiznos around the country and this is the best I’ve had! Employees are always friendly and it’s good to see that in this day and age.

Right down the street from Great Wolf Lodge!! We don’t have Q’s in Salem area anymore! Hannah and the crew gave our entire family the “On Vacation” experience! They all seemed like they truly enjoyed working there, friendly service, pleasant attitudes all of them! I thoroughly enjoyed my first lobster subs in a long time!! We will definitely stop by every time we’re passing through, and at the Lodge!!! (So good, I went back the next day for another Lobster sub!!)

Came in and there was 3 young girls working. No one said a word when I walked in, no one said a word to me except one said “do you have a pick up order” I said yes. No one said anything to me for a good 5 minutes and then they handed me my sandwich and that was that. Zero customer service skills at this place

Great sandwiches and awesome service, police and kind! Also I left my purse in the bathroom and didn’t realize for an hour on our drive. I called, it was still there. We turned around. Our timing was such that they were closed, but the young gentleman who was closing waited for us to get there and get my purse! We live out of state or traveling. What a hastle it would have been if I lost my purse for good. Great service. Thank you!

As I walked in this location, I was happy because I haven’t had Quiznos and a long time and very happy excited, proud and grateful that the male worker here which I didn’t get his name but he was a young gentleman and he was working his butt off, cleaning the tables the seats and everything that would commonly be in contact with the customers and he was very very nice and patient. This place has a great customer service and is impeccably clean. If I’m ever in Centralia again I will definitely be stopping there again.
