The oldest drive-in (1948) in Montana. My server gave me a quick history lesson on huckleberries. Fascinating! The huckleberry shake is now my favorite of all-time. Such a charming restaurant with amazingly friendly servers! From Tennessee, my first trip to Montana. The most beautiful state I have ever traveled. This diner is a treasure!

It’s pretty bad when you mess up a corn dog! Pork was pink and soggy. Hamburger patties tasted like freezer burn. Server couldn’t even put a sentence together. It’s really sad to see what they did to this place. Really unfortunate experience what’s more unfortunate is that I paid for garbage. Won’t be coming back and would NEVER recommend!

Over salted and over priced. Service was awesome very fun place but the food was not great. Bread was soggy and lacks flavor. Over cooked pork and under cooked burger (I also prefer no pink). Not worth the price for sure.

Terrible customer service. Went there with my grandpa and my mom today and my grandpa JOKINGLY said “strike 1” and a lady came out immediately screaming at us about how “we don’t talk to her staff like that”. I told her that it was just a joke and that my grandpa wasn’t being serious and she continued to get angry at us. I told her I didn’t like her attitude and she was like “well then we don’t have to serve you” and walked back inside and slammed her door. My grandpa, my mom and I continued to talk amongst ourselves about what just happened and how that it wasn’t very nice. She comes back outside and tells us that we shouldn‘t expect to get served if we’re gonna have bad attitudes and I said “and you shouldn’t expect customers if you’re gonna have terrible customer service”. Yet again she walks back inside and slams her door on us. After that she kept glaring at us. If you want great customer service, don’t come here.

The meat and and the items coming out of the fryer are the most important items at a burger joint. The hamburger patties are small, thin and dry. The grease in the fryer is a bit old and not hot enough making the deep fried items taste off and they are not crisp. At $35 for two people to eat a small meal I expect better. Also, they are super impatient, we had never been there and didn’t know the system so an older woman came out with a snarky laugh to help, I guess. We may have ordered something not so simple, that’s a loss of revenue. First and last visit. The outside needs cleaning and painting.
