Welp, I was really excited to try this place, but sadly it did not live up to expectations. I ordered a fried chicken plate with greens, mac and cheese and potato salad. None of the food had much flavor. You’d think it wasn’t a black owned spot tbh. In the pic, you can tell the mac is short on pepper and it probably wasn’t seasoned with anything else . The chicken was pretty dry and I could not get through it. The greens were doused in salt, and the potato salad was nothing but potatoes and mayonnaise smh. I’ve had some store bought potato salad with more flavor. Price was decent for the amount of food but I definitely have no desire to come back.

Friend told me to try the place so I did. I must say overall presentation is good food. Fried chicken season and cooked well. My daughter liked the mac & cheese, so did I. Now for some items that requires a little more attention in the kitchen; mashed potatoes taste a little funny, the gravy lack taste, it taste more store bought which is not good. The corn bread okay needs a little more flavor, also a dry. I would definitely come back for certain items on the menu.
