So much friendlier than the village pizzeria. The staff here are actually polite and professional. The food is great too. They don’t moan and complain over tips like the village staff does. 5$ tips is “too little” for the whiney village pizzeria delivery guy. R’ Pizza house never complained about the 5$ tips I give them. Actually they thank me for the 5$ tips.

Ordered wings, asked for extra ranch and one of the cooks came up and threw it on the counter! The next time I ordered wings asked for extra ranch again, they told me it cost extra which is fine, but that same rude cook mumbled something to the cashier and I just said, nevermind!! I don’t feel comfortable when I go in there! Didn’t know that asking for extra ranch is forbidden!

Ordered dinner there tonight, they told me it would be ready in 25 minutes. Got there at 30 minutes and it still wasn’t ready, had to wait 15 minutes longer, got home with the order ,we were missing items, I ordered clams on pasta, 3 of the clams weren’t open so either bad clams or not cooked enough. This is definitely not the first time or the second time, my fault for going there again, but trust it won’t happen again!

The first time we ordered pizza & wings from here was very good. Yesterday we ordered pizza & wings and it was horrible. We threw the wings away and the pizza was very salty.

I have had pizza from here a few times now. I would like to say they do a great job on making them. I recently had a sausage, green peppers, and pepperoni pizza which was very good. The staff here are always polite when you pick up your order. Looks to be very clean as well everytime I have picked up my order here.

I am from nyc and it’s hard to find good pizza upstate that will even compare. We all love R pizza house. Not only are the workers and owners very nice but the food is great. Pizza is super flavorful, lots of toppings, salads, great wings (bone in and bone out) and we love the wraps and paninis. Awesome job glad to have found our new pizza and wraps place! They always get the order right and deliver on time- more than I can say about some other pizza places we tried in the area.
