Food was good and service was good. They had turkey and dressing for todays special and it was good but no pumpkin pie updating review because we got our ticket to pay and they charged us 15.90 for the special when on the board it showed to be 13.99. Brought it up to their attention and they just changed their sign and didn’t honor it. We would not have ordered it for 15.90.

I wants so much to be able to give Rachael’s Restaurant an above average review. Unfortunately, I have settle for 3 stars. The service was good, the food was good, and the prices were okay. My husband ordered something that came with 2 sides and asked to sub the side for something else. Instead of subbing it, our server charged him full price so we basically just didn’t get the second side. I had the biscuits & gravy which basically tasted like your typical biscuits & gravy. I did like that this is like your all-American cafe with breakfast burning served all day.

Decent food and service for the number of people that were in there. The price was a bit much for 2 people and mediocre food ($68). It’s a 1 time visit for me and probably wouldn’t recommend it due to prices. You can go to Sabrosos for the same tasting food and fraction of the price. To each their own, though. 1 and done for me.

Every time we come here we always have the best service. The food is awesome. Definitely made with love! Marci was our waitress today and never missed a beat. Always checking to make sure we were taken care of. Love this place and is definitely a hidden gem!

Great food and better service. Came on a day that was our servers birthday. She suggested the Patron and I was very satisfied. All the food looked great, and tasted better. The menu has many options for anyone to choose from. I asked about swapping something out for another egg or extra beans and they quickly responded “sure!!” Probably my new go to place for breakfast, and will definitely have to come back to try the items on their lunch and dinner menu. And they do serve the full menu all day. Will definitely be back and I suggest you stop by for the service and enjoy the food. The only bad I have to say is I should have asked for some jalapeños or spicier salsa.

Do not recommend went here today and price of fried pickles were double the price on the menu…. Rice was hard/over cooked rice should not be crunchy when at the register after asking why the price was so high the lady pulled out a menu and said the white piece of paper in the front says prices increase but the menus were received did not have that paper… if that’s the case then it should be in the front of all the menus…very disappointing

Worst food you will ever eat, if you want mice running around outside and crusty food this place is for you. Worst service I’ve ever seen and serve food sub-par with Taco Bell. Kind of sad being a local restaurant.. not sure what I was served but it was wrong 3 different times and ended up with this

I pulled up to this place at 1:08 didn’t leave till 1:40 and only ordered one plate. The food was not great not favorable. I ordered the Birria tacos they had no flavor the rice was very undercooked, and the beans have a weird flavor to them. Besides the long wait for this bland food, I did enjoy the sprite. I ate one taco and left the rest…. PS I’m hungry.

Walked in to the most welcoming atmosphere , every waitress with a smile and we had the best server . She made sure we understood every penny spent . Food was fresh and didn’t take long to get to us . 10 out of 10 recommend!! Will be coming back . Thank you ladies for the outstanding service!

Food was pretty good and it was fresh and warm! But the service was terrible , also the pricing on their menus is out of date and server didn’t inform us or give us apparently their new up to date pricing , couldnt get a refill and when i did they added even more ice to where the cup was almost overflowing with ice. Also I understand price changes but why would steak quesadillas not increase in price but fried pickles Litteraly doubles in price from 5.99 to 10.50, the price of pickles didn’t increase ? I know meat and seafood items have.
