Ordered through the website. Went to pickup order and noticed that the falafel was missing from the bowl. When it was brought to the staff’s attention we were told they were out of falafel. Ok, it happens…but your solution was to charge me, not mention it, and hope I didn’t notice? Unbelievable. Also, here’s a picture of the “grilled” pita, as well as the sad sack of pita chip crumbs we received. Had one bad experience at this location before but gave it another try. Shame on me!

Almost broke my tooth on the hard as rock pitas. I ordered two chicken Slovakia wraps. Very disappointed at 13$ a pop this is unacceptable. Also how long is that meat sitting out for that they give to the customers??with an empty parking lot I’m guessing all day long!!!

Prices have gone up and portions have gotten smaller. they are very stingy with toppings even when you ask for extra. 18 dollars for a half full bowl, and the dill sauce is watered down.

I usually go to the Rachel’s on Niagara Falls Blvd and have always been satisfied. I went to the one on Transit today and got a bowl. The clerk was so stingy with all the toppings. The bowl was half full with hardly any chicken. The clerk gave me attitude when I asked for more romaine. The pita was as hard as a rock. I’m not going back there! Very disappointing!

Almost $60 for dinner! Girl that took our order was not friendly asked me what I wanted on my rice bowls and like it was a bother to her, she should not be on a front line with customers. Our bowls were pretty much empty as they were only 1/2 full when we got home. Keep in mind Friday dinner time and their food bins were empty and the place needed a good cleaning. Our first time there besides buying a gift card and will probably be our last.

Rachel’s isn’t the worst food around, but if you want better flavor, twice the ingredients and portion size, and an entire piece of pita for the same price as a bowl from Rachel’s, go to pita gourmet. This is an edited comment as I’ve tried Rachel’s roughly a dozen times to see it it was just a single bad experience but I’ve not once left Rachel’s anything but disappointed. Would like to leave on a positive note but pita gourmet tastes better, has better portions, includes more and is the same price as Rachel’s. I’d have to be a fool to give this another chance.
