Great tasting food, the rice bowls were delicious. However the “side of pita” and “humus and pita chips” were laughable. Don’t waste your money, not worth it for the incredibly small portions.

I will preface this with I was there an hour before they closed. They were out of many items but the girl who prepared my food was good and i was understanding. The girl who cashed me out on the other hand… whew. She was about 16 and had the worst attitude behind the counter I’ve ever experienced at a Rachel’s. She would ask a question with her back tuned and expected you to hear her. I gave her specifics as to what sides I wanted and she came back and charged me for “everything” because I apparently had told her I wanted “everything”. When she told me the total for 3 salads and fries was almost $70 I knew something was wrong. I asked her to repeat back what she was charging me for and when I stopped her and explained that you can’t charge me for dressing that comes with the salad she rolled her eyes so far back into her head I was impressed. She grabbed the manager who was very nice and explained that yes.. you do get dressing with a salad. (Obviously) once the manager walked away she proceeded to slam and I do mean slam because there were dents in the cups of dressing into my bag. She stomped away and ran to the back where I saw her sit down, put her feet on the desk and talk to her fellow coworker aggressively like i had made her angry. The manager did briefly apologize saying that there’s been many complaints before about her nasty attitude and they usually keep her in the back because of it. I don’t like to write negative reviews but this young girl really needs to be held accountable because who knows how many people have had this experience or had to pay an outrageous amount of money due to her laziness.

The food was ok, but not great. The souvlaki was a little oily. The service was not that great. The girls behind the counter were a little surly and seemed to rush us. I didn’t feel a sense of welcoming from them. Since I live out of the area, I will not come back. If I lived in the area, I probably would visit one more time to see if the service and food were a little better. ✌️

I’ll never have a complaint about the food here it’s amazing. but O MY GOD the attitude from some of your staff especially the females that think they’re too good to be there is absolutely embarrassing. The rolling the eyes, talking about customers under their breath loud enough for them to hear. Some of your staff needs to be fired immediately especially the girl who was working the counter on 3/9/2023 at 245 pm. The attitude and just pure disrespect from her was pathetic. She’s lucky she still has all of her teeth.

Food was good, it is different from our normal cuisine. The whole family found something they liked. Had to wait for the fresh cut fries but was worth the wait, they were really good.

We have gone to Rachel’s for years and have always loved it there, but when we went in this evening the employees were putting food from the counter back into the containers and didn’t made the chicken Schwarma correctly (there was no potatoes in it). When customers were asking the differences between rice and sauces the employees were unable to answer what the differences were. The food also tasted very bland compared to how it normally tastes. The teenagers working clearly didn’t know what they were doing. The toppings were also running very low and instead of refilling them they gave us three tiny pieces of cucumbers. It didn’t feel sanitary and customers were very confused because they were unfamiliar with the food items you serve.

All other Rachel’s locations are great and you get what you pay for. This location gives you the least amount of ingredients possible, prices go up but I have to constantly ask for more protein and veggies. The fact that it’s every time makes me think that’s how they’re trained, but I don’t know.
