Great place. Wasn’t disappointed at all. The ribs are in the top 2 best ribs of any food truck or restaurant I’ve had ribs at. The brisket was too. I also had the pulled pork which was great. This is that Q that doesn’t need the sauce. I hate when I order BBQ and all I taste is smoked meat- no flavor. Most definitely not the case here. You can taste their rub/seasoning. The peach cobbler was as well. I went with my other foodie friends and not one of us was disappointed in our decision to try this place. Pricing and the portion size were on par. We’ll most definitely be back. I didn’t get any of the Mac&cheese but my bros mentioned that it was good enough to get more and none of us are big on mac&cheese.

Stopped by last night, almost closing time. Ordered full slab of ribs, some pork, sausage, and Mac and cheese. Gentlemen working were very nice and brought our food out to us when it was ready. Ribs were juicy and perfectly smoked. Mac and cheese was some of the best I’ve ever had. Tried every BBQ sauce cause they were nice enough to include all of them as it was our first time. Going back soon to try everything else.

I’ve been meaning to come here and finally visited. This won’t be the last time I come. Some of the best BBQ I’ve had in general. I got a combo platter and everything was on point from the chicken to the suasage, brisket & ribs. Moist, flavorful. Amazing. They give you sauce with your serving but the meat was cooked so well that I didn’t really need it, although the sauce is also amazing. BBQ beans didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend driving out to try!

Rainy Sunday afternoon, my niece had a sudden urge for beef ribs. They didn’t have ribs but the brisket was excellent and hit the spot! She declared the brisket much better than seaworld’s ♀️ . The mac and cheese was super yum but the service and gorgeous smiles are what will have me a repeat customer. Don’t believe me?! See for yourself. Well done gentlemen! I’ll be back!

Okay don’t shoot the messenger. I’m just giving a review. The ribs and the sausage and the potato salad is absolutely phenomenal! That’s all that was available when we got there. The owner threw in double Peach cobbler. The peach cobbler was absolutely horrendous. I don’t know if those are biscuits that’s being used in the peach cobbler, no ma’am no sir. The cornbread souffle if it was not dry would be absolutely phenomenal! The barbecue sauce, if you mix the sweet barbecue sauce with the mustard barbecue sauce absolutely phenomenal. I’m only giving them a three because that peach cobbler was terrible. Very dry no taste no flavor. And that cornbread souffle was absolutely dry. Other than that if those two items were on point and maybe if I didn’t get the last of what they had I would give them 6 stars!! I’m going back tho!

Mannnnn this place is fire !! The seasoning is banging and as others have said, you don’t NEED any sauce at all. Their sauces are great, my fave is the Sweet Mustard. We had Mac N Cheese, Peach Cobbler and Potato Salad, all 10/10. I tried other BBQ places in Florida, this is only one I’m a raving about.

Overall experience was a great experience though I wasn’t a huge fan of the smoked oxtails and peach cobbler for $25 for the dinner I really expected to be the ribs were fire will definitely go back for the ribs!

My first time visiting and they did not disappoint. I met the owner and staff, and everyone was very polite and professional. The meats had that smoke flavor, which is so good, and the sides,, speechless!! Highly recommend the meat mayhem if you have 2 or more folks to feed. They also have specials, and the day I went it was the BBQ meat tacos. Great concept and something different. If you’re in the Gibsonton area, this place is a MUST to try!!
