Service was great, the food was delicious, I was fully satisfied, and the price was affordable. A party of 4 with drinks and burgers was under $100. Fun games were available after dinner with darts and pool. It’s a smoke-free environment, so that made it even better for us. Music was not too loud, u can have a convo, but still feel the vibe. If you can handle spice, try the rack attack burger it’s amazing. If not, try the bacon blue cheese burger. My wife had the chicken sandwich it was tender, plump, and juicy, not an oz of dryness, best grilled chicken sandwich I tasted in a while. Our server was awesome even though she had other stuff doing she always checked in on us, I think her name was Nike.

Excellent place to shoot pool. 7′ and 9′ Diamond tables. Aramith balls. Newly covered & leveled tables. Should be using a break cloth to preserve and lengthen life of felt.

If you are of a darker skin color DO NOT GO!! The manager Jason did NOTHING to try and correct the issue with my food.After showing the bartender my food she put her hands all through my food. Everyone else was treated kindly and with respect. When I brought to the manager and bartenders attention they ignored me at first and continued to talk with another customer. I speak very loud so there is no way she didn’t hear me. LIKE I SAID IF YOU HAVE A DARKER SKIN TONE DO NOT GO! You will be treated extremely poorly

Rack’s takes very good care of their tables, the service is a challenge, especially on league nights, but the staff hustle and work very hard. They are very personable with their customers. League nights are busy and I can see someone who isn’t familiar with pool leagues could get overwhelmed. Overall great family oriented venue

Favorite pool hall in the area!! Chill and welcoming vibe. Great food and drinks. The workers are awesome. Plenty of tables (9’ tables are clutch), couple of arcade games, cornhole in the back, darts. 10/10 !!!

I have been here a few times and today it was totally different, my experience was awesome. My server Nike went above and beyond to make my night perfect for me and my friends. Ask for her when you get there, you will not regret it. This will be my new spot from now.

Clean place and good to play pool. The waiting staff is not the best though and last time we were there there was a bar fight where someone threw a cup full of water across the bar and started to get physical with someone until the person was escorted out. They don’t always pick up the phone either (I called 8 times in one day just to check if there was a league playing or if they had tables open with no response). However, the prices are very reasonable and still our choice for billiards in the area.

Great food and pool hall….down side is even cash customers must give a card and a $25 dollar hold/charge on your card… no matter what you are ordering! If you even question this practice, the waiting staff becomes a little rude
