Tried the Sunbeam sub at the vegan food festival. It was absolutely delicious and portions were good! Probably the best thing I ate at the festival. You could tell the ingredients were fresh. The veggies were cold and crisp. The tofu was perfectly Seasoned. Unfortunately the food was very slow to come out but that was at the festival where there were hundreds of people in line and not their food cart. I’m sure I’ll give their food cart another try because I’m still salivating thinking about the sub.

I’ve only been here twice now, but they’re amazing. The sandwiches are massive and compared to other sandwich carts, WAY more more bang for your buck. The options are also creative and amazing in taste. Staff is always friendly too!

I never write reviews but felt like I had to because Rad Magic Subs is the best food we’ve ever had delivered. We got the Rad Rancher, The Classic, Miracle Legion, pea salad and bacon wrapped dates. All of it was delicious. You get great portions and great flavors. I keep thinking about that pea salad days later I will definitely be ordering again!

Another reviewer mentioned “old chewy” tasting bread and honestly this was our experience. It was very hard and not fresh tasting at all. Good bread is so important to any sandwich and this bread was reminiscent of a pre made cold section sub at Safeway… which was very disappointing. Might just be hit or miss as far as the bread goes. A previous response claims fresh bread made daily, but its pretty clear our bread was not fresh. Unfortunately we will not return.

Best sub sandwich I’ve had period. Seriously, all of their food is so good. I’ve tried all of their subs. My favorite is the Rad Rancher. However, you won’t be disappointed trying any of the sandwiches on their menu. My wife and I regularly get lunch here, and stock up for a couple days. Be sure to get some sides a well! And don’t forget the pickle!
