So we stopped in for a late lunch. Me and my daughter order spaghetti. The lady brings the food to the table and spills my spaghetti so I just chop off the part that hits the table she did say sorry but never offered to bring me a different plate of spaghetti that’s why I chopped the noodles off that had got on the table. Not to mention this was the driest spaghetti ever! So I asked her for some extra spaghetti sauce at which she was going to charge me.. nope. You keep that sauce. Look over and ask down the wall is a trail of ANTS! I do not recommend going to Raphaels in soddy but I will visit the hixson store only from now on!

Ordered food and the Styrofoam was melted into the food. Called the store a d spoke to the female who said she was the manager so the problem could be resolved. When asked for the managers name she hung up the phone rather than resolve the problem. Guess all the closing rafaels stores isn’t a clue as to why….

Soddy Daisy doesn’t have a lot of options and I’m only giving 2 stars overall because normally this place is great. The food is always amazing! Mostly do delivery or pickup with 0 issues. But I just spent over 25$ for my food not including delivery fees and tip and when I got it was very unhappy about the portions. I paid right at 6$ a piece for 7….yes only SEVEN fried pickles and 8…yes only EIGHT fried mushrooms!?!?!? I mean really! If I drive all the way to Hixson to Chili’s and order fried pickles appetizer I get like 20 of them for like 6$. Like a month ago literally got the same order and had a whole mess of both in the containers. Will try again but if the portions remain like that for the price I would rather drive to Hixson!

We did not get everything as part of a to go order. We dealt with it since most places will refund or remake at a later time. This location is unwilling to do either. They expect you to leave other food sitting getting cold to fix any issues with the order at the time. Very poor customer service.

They have a meal that is $12.99 that comes with chicken parmesan, manicotti, spaghetti and lasagna. Everything is always delicious, tastes amazing and what a wonderful price. The only thing I wish they would do is toast their garlic bread more. Their sweet tea is excellent as well!

Worst first time experience and will never go back! We literally sat at our table and watched the gentleman up front taste the ranch out of the bucket with his finger because we were served ruined ranch. I wouldn’t recommend this place for my animals! We were also followed to our vehicle because we left a note on our table about the gentleman. Very rude environment and disgusting!!

The website needs updating. It doesn’t state what is in each meal – wasnt expecting to get home and find a Greek salad covered in meat (I’m vegetarian). Also a ten dollar pizza to be tiny/4 slices. Very disappointing.

I was given bad ranch. After bringing it up the guy behind the counter he tried to argue. They finally made another salad. While waiting on my salad to be cooked myself and the other 2 people I was with watched the guy stick his finger in the ranch cups to taste them. When he was done with that he stuck is finger in the bucket of “fresh” ranch and then proceeded to devide it into the small containers and serve it to customers. He claimed to be wearing a glove, but there was no glove in sight. We left a note and he chased us outside mouthing off and being rude. 10/10 would NOT recommend going here. But the floors were clean.
