This spot deserves a much higher score. It’s a beautiful location. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We had the bang bang shrimp or whatever they call it and it was really nice. We had a great meal here. It’s well worth the drive if you’re close to Oxford or Batesville.

Tranquil view of the marina, and excellent food. Gluten free options are extremely lacking unfortunately, so I have to knock off two stars since there was really almost nothing I could eat. I had a burger with no bun. It was alright, but I would have preferred a more substantial meal option than that. They were out of several things on the menu too. My companions seemed to enjoy their food though.

We decided to try Rafters and were delighted with the atmosphere and food. Cool 2 man band. Deep fried mushroom appetizer was the best and so many!! Service was immediate and accurate, would recommend!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. My family and I are at the lake almost every weekend. We will begin packing lunch to bring out and not waste time at Rafters. So much time was spent restoration and zero time sorrento training their staff on customer service. We waited 45 minutes to get seated, whig ok, some places have a long wait time. Then after being seated, we sat their for 20 minutes without one server greeting our table. I walked to the front host stand and ask if they had a server for our table and the little girl said, yeah they should be there soon. I told her we had been sitting there for 20 minutes and to please have someone at least bring us some waters now. I sat back down and patiently waited another 10 minutes. Still, no one came to our table. Mind you, we are sitting right on the balcony in the main dinning area. Its not like we are hard to miss. I then walk back to the hostess stand and ask to speak to a Manager. The little girl says, “Um, I don’t know who the Manager is today.” WHAT!? You what? How can the Manager of that shift not ensure every employee knows who they are? This has to be a joke, right? Nope. No joke. The hostess then says, let me go ask the bar tender who the Manager is. I understand these are kids working at these restaurants so I blame who ever the Manager of the Friday shift around 4pm. Go get training so you can train your staff. Such a shame.

We drove 40 minutes to eat here because we were excited to see the remodel. It was not very busy and everyone in the restaurant had food. We were told they were not serving food for at least two more hours because “the fryers needed cleaning.” Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Wait for water alone was 20 minutes. Arrived at 12:30 and finally ate at 2. They were busy but no one should have to wait 1 1/2 hours for food ! The fries were hard as a brick , hush puppies were like rubber. On the bright side the shrimp appetizer was really good. Condiments on the table were all empty. If I went there to just drink and not eat guess this would be the place to go.

Cool place on Sardis Lake to eat. Outside bar and tables to watch the game and enjoy the beautiful views. staff was quick and helpful. Food was good. Different options then the regular choices. I got the adult grilled cheese which was awesome. The appetizer size was also very good for the price. Satisfied over all. Would definitely go back. The night we went was a little chilly. I can only imagine what’d it would be like on a beautiful sunny and breezy day. Must check this place out. They also have bands too.

We walked in and were told there was a 45 minute wait but we could eat at the bar, we sat there for 20 minutes and then were told by the bartender that we couldn’t order at the bar. We explained that we didn’t put ourselves on the waiting list, however they still refused to serve us. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. Shame the food looked good……

so i’ve tried to eat here three times now. the first time they were out of food. second time i had the voodoo burger, it was okay. was charged 2 dollars for water. 3rd time, waited at my seat for 20 minutes after being seated by the hostess and never offered drinks, so i left.
