This used to be a great place when they were located in Ralston. The food was always fresh and tasty. The staff was always friendly and the games always going on the TVs. Not to mention the cupcakes were a impressive touch! Visited the new location at Lakeside recently. What a turn of events. The staff looks bored. The place is empty, TVs turned off. The cupcakes are gone and the menu seems lacking. What was worse? The ketchup! No way that was real Heinz coming from the bottles. It was the color of BBQ sauce, watery and tasted very stale. We even tried multiple bottles from numerous tables. It made us wonder where else they are cutting corners. I would have complained but no one ever came to ask how our food was. The older man (owner?) was mopping and kept starring in our direction as to non verbally tell us to hurry and get out. We didn’t finish even half the food. Took it home for the dogs but spared them the grief by tossing it out at a gas station. Oh and when leaving, we had barely made it to our car and the owner was locking the doors and turned off the open sign. Good grief. Sad to see a place that was once decent, quickly go downhill. We won’t be back ever again.

Very clean well-organized and immediate service. The waitress I had was so sweet she told me what some of the best sellers were and pointed out what her favorites were since it was my first time there, she also pointed out where I could sign up for a free pizza and the month of my birthday. Even though some they had a buy one get one free coupon so I ordered a small pizza which was delicious and then a sandwich so I could take that to work tomorrow. Great place for families or after work get-togethers. If you have not tried it it is worth your time to go.

Good food. Great buffet. My one complaint is no one answered my calls to order a take out pizza a half hour b4 closing time. If you close at 9:30 you should still be answering calls for take out at 9. General manager was decent in handling my complaint. But, there’s way too many other pizza competition out there. Hopefully this issue gets fixed, just saying.

Service is good, and the restaurant is easy in and out. Order at the counter and take a seat, to go service is quick to. The pizza is pretty average. I don’t mind it but it has a sweeter sauce and it’s not for everybody’s liking. Crust could be crispier as well,.

Good pizza, didnt realize they had a small buffet, I tried it to get a small taste of a variety of pizza, salad, and pasta. Customer service was excellent. Manager (I believe) was very friendly as was the staff and they kept my drink filled and plates cleared

I’ve been searching for great pizza in Omaha and alas, I have finally found it. Early afternoon, in a rush between clients, I saw the sign. Walked in and a delightful lady took my order, said I was in a hurry and boom. They prepared my pizza, cooked it and placed it on the table in a few short minutes. The crust was crispy on the edges and tender in the middle. The sauce is pure heaven with the perfect amount for flavor. Cheese excellent and the sausage…pure, mama mía, Italian. Bottom line? I found THE BEST pizza in Omaha. Don’t believe me? Give it a try yourself. I look forward to reading your review. Delish, eh?
