We have been here twice, the Shrimp Monfongo was delicious, and this time I got the fish tacos, they were amazing!! Portions are large. I suggest ordering a few items and Share! Also the Mint Mojito is the best in the area!!! Food is Authentic, service is warm and friendly, can be a little slow but definitely worth the wait!!! Come here when you aren’t in a rush and just want to enjoy food and your date. Can’t wait to come back!!!

We really enjoyed Raíces! Their menu has a variety of Latin food from different countries that you can’t always find at your standard Mexican restaurant. We ordered the Bandeja Paisa to try a little bit of everything and it was delicious! The steak was super flavorful and grilled perfectly. The strawberry açaí margarita was fantastic too. We will be back!

Stopped by Sunday for a quick dinner. The place was very quiet when we got there. Then it got much much louder when the audio speakers started playing and more patrons appeared. We ordered smoothies and they were very large but tasty. There were a couple mistakes on our dinner orders and the wait staff quickly corrected them. The fish tacos, chicken nachos and chicken quesadilla were okay. Overall, the place was clean and newly renovated. The menu was old and we were told that it would be updated soon. The current prices were reasonable but selections were limited. Overall, we had a decent experience.

Got the ceviche, pastor tacos, fish tacos, and steak mofongo. Everything was fresh and excellent. Personal favorite was the mofongo and it reminded me of my many trips to Puerto Rico. Server was very nice. Can’t wait to go back and try other stuff on the menu. If in the area and like authentic Latino foods I recommend this place!!!

We went there for brunch on Sunday 20th of August and we were nicely greeted at the door and given a table. Our server Stephen was very courteous and our margarita glasses were never empty. We had the tostones rellenos for appetizers which were delicious and the main course was delicious as well. Thank you Stephen for taking such a good care of us. We’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I come here for dinner at least once a week. The food here is authentic and the staff is always very friendly! I have tried almost everything on the menu. I can’t say I have a favorite because it is all delicious!!!! My husband loves their fajitas. Try the Cantarito if you like alcoholic beverages. They make their drinks with fresh fruit, not a mix, which makes them taste even better! Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry! Relax and enjoy the music, food, drinks, and time with family and/or friends! You won’t regret it!

So happy we tried this place in town. It has a very nice and festive atmosphere. There were 6 of us and not sure what everyone ordered, but everyone was very happy with their meals. I ordered the Mofongo with steak and It was probably the best I’ve tasted. The pitcher of Margarita’s was perfect! We will definitely dine here again. Great authentic food!
