We went to try the Railside Highway Diner on a whim and we were so please with our meal we will definitely be going back. We had a classic burger, a hot beef sandwich and a s’mores lava cake. Everything was delicious. Nice small town diner, definitely recommend giving it a try.

We took a break from traveling to find food and this restaurant hit the spot. It’s a bit of a drive off the hwy but well worth it. We all had a variation of their chicken sandwich and fries. The whole sandwich was delicious, the hand breaded chicken to the bun to the natural cut fries. My only complaint is that you walk right in to tables and we weren’t sure if we set ourselves or ordered somewhere, it would have been nice to be greeted. Take the time to drive the 4 miles into town, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed

We ordered dinner for 5 people and we had to wait for 2 hours from the time we ordered food, till it came to our table. The waitress did not check on us until after we had waited for almost the full 2 hours! The waitress even had the audacity to ask if we wanted dessert and crack a joke that it wouldn’t take 2 hours. It is a travesty, because the food is top notch. Never been treated this bad and not cared about at a restaurant in quite some time.

Food is always ready within ten minutes after ordering, the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are friendly and personable. The manager knows what she’s doing and I commend her for keeping a great staff and giving a pleasant experience to the customers.

100% would go back! AMAZING service, and food! My boyfriend got the Chicken Bacon Ranch chicken sandwich and it was a big piece of chicken! My grandfather got the fish and chips and it was a very nicest size piece of fish. The chicken strips were pretty good as well! 10/10
