I ordered Garlic Chicken and an egg roll, drove home, opened the lid and the “sauce” used was a glob of salty, luke warm, brown jelly in one blob on the tray. The egg roll was so over fried, most of the stuffing was just crumbles. I threw it all in the trash. The worst I’ve gotten from there (the first order wasn’t pleasant either). This is the first bad review I can remember ever giving, and it’s not meant to shame the restaurant, I’m hoping it will help them improve. They’re so convenient and close but they need to do better.

Food was just okay. Could tell the orange chicken had been sitting in a warmer for a long time, so it wasn’t fresh or very warm. It was edible, but not my favorite. The broccoli in it was really good! There was a good portion of it too. White rice was very warm and fresh! Fried rice was an interesting yellow color, husband said it was bland. There were no vegetables in it. Maybe just caught them on an off night? Probably won’t try again, but hoping it’s not always like this.

Very dissatisfied with my last three visits to Rainbow Garden. I frequent this location but not anymore. I ordered beef lo mein. Get home to find SPAGHETTI noodles! Gave them the benefit of the doubt (maybe they ran out of lo mein noodles) Placed an order for four people this evening all of which were lo mein dishes. Get home, open the container and SPAGHETTI noodles AGAIN. I find this totally unacceptable. If I wanted spaghetti noodles with sauce I could have gone right across the parking lot to the grocery store and gotten some. You can’t charge customers FULL PRICE without letting them know they aren’t getting what they PAID FULL PRICE for! Won’t be back!
