Established 2020
I took over Rainbow kitchen in 2020. Coming from Hong Kong, I am used to high quality dim sum and authentic Cantonese cuisine. I opened this restaurant because I could not find a satisfying Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas. All of our chefs have over 40 years of experience in the industry and we only serve made to order dim sum. Menu will change according to different seasons and we focus on quality and not quantity. I hope that more and more people can enjoy authentic Cantonese cuisine in Rainbow Kitchen.

Really enjoyed the ambiance of this restaurant. The food didn’t disappoint either, ordered four dishes and all were cooked to perfection. The servers were attentive and kept tabs on us during the entire meal. The prices were average and we felt more than fair for the food and services provided. The servings were a little larger than we’re accustomed to and that was a nice surprise. By far the best sweet and sour pork I’ve ever had, nothing like the breaded kind that most Chinese restaurants serve.

We went there for the first time to try dim sum on Sunday brunch following many reviews and it was very bad!

The parking lot seems like it could be an issue to find parking space when this restaurant has to share parking space with other store in the plaza. The decor is simple and sparse. The service was very good. The food that I ordered was delicious. I was in heaven with the roasted pork belly. Update:: did dine in and service was ok and food was not so good

This was my second time here because I wanted to give it another chance after my 1st disappointing visit. The food was terribly bland and the salt and pepper shrimp were undercooked. The wall next to the table had food particles all over it and the table was dirty. I always can tell by the simplest items if a place takes pride in their craft. For Chinese restaurants I try the chili oil that is on the table, it was horrible and stale and not properly maintained. Plus they charge you a $1 for a disinfection fee, something they are required by law to do anyways. Vegas has too many great places to offer than this dump.

The food here was amazing!!! I was looking for an authentic asian restaurant to go to as I was visiting from Texas. I read all of the good reviews and decided to go find this place to try it. When we arrived it was packed but I did not care if I had to wait.

We came here on Mother’s Day and were able to get sat after 45min. We ordered some stir fried noodles, fried flounder, dungeness crab and lobster and all were amazing. This is an awesome Chinese restaurant and without having to drive to Chinatown/Spring Mountain.

Found a fly in the soup. No apologize. The lady has been rule to us. Rushed us to order. Nearly no service. She has talked to us in a bad tone. When I told her there is a flying, she was saying “it doesn’t matter, just refund you” . How come a restaurant doesn’t care the food safety!!! We’ll never come again!

Pretty perfect dim sum place. Everything tasted fresh and had flavor. We had the roasted duck, shrimp dumplings and chicken/ginger buns. Some noodles pieced it all together nicely. Will consider returning when back in Vegas.

Food is average to below average. Beef roll noodle probably used 90% tendons and 10% beef. Ordered 2 lbs of roasted pork and when came back home I weighed because didn’t feel there was 2 pounds and indeed it was only 1.7 lbs. Roasted duck was bland. The reason a lot of asians go there I think is because is the only dim sum place in the south-south west of town, otherwise better go to Chinatown – Orchid Garden or New Homg Kong BBQ.
