I’m so glad that I was able to eat here on my short trip to Maui. Rainbow Kitchen was easily my favorite meal in all of Maui. The whole menu is plant based and super unique. I ordered the breakfast burrito, kale salad, and the mighty bowl and each bite was perfectly prepared, flavorful, and delicious!! Overall a must try if you love vegan/plant based food and are in Maui!!

Excellent Sunday brunch & weather. Wonderful ppl that greet you at the window & put care & kindness into each dish. You notice it in your experience with the food. The mac & cheese special was off the hook good. Very clean version & honestly the tastiest I’ve ever had. They use potato & carrot & it transforms to delicious not funky like vegan box ones. The killer burrito never disappoints. The oxygen tonic is a deep breath to the lungs. Thank you RK!

It was so good that we had to come back twice! The owners are so sweet, the coffee is spectacular and they even have coffee ice cubes so your cold coffee doesn’t get watered down. We can’t wait to come back perfect to swing by on your way to Twin Falls and/or starting your trip on the Road to Hana.

The burrito bowl here was DELICIOUS. The jackfruit was flavorful and crispy. I expected it to be good but it surpassed my expectations which is such a refreshing change. Portion size was great as well, I have a large appetite for a small girl and struggled to finish my meal! I was disappointed to learn they are temporarily out of the vegan crab cake salad due to no vendor for coconut shreds. But that’s just life. Definitely eat here if you’re looking for good vegan food on Maui!

Rainbow Kitchen is an amazing vegan food truck in Haiku! The Crab Cake Salad, Killer Breakfast Burrito, Macro Bowl, BBQ Jackfruit Bowl, Mochi Fries, Mermaid Dream Cream, and Seasonal Smoothie, were all outstanding. I could not pick a favorite even if I had to…definitely worth visiting more than once to try several of their menu items. The food tastes so fresh and healthy but also sinfully delicious and comforting. As a long-time vegan, I have eaten at many great vegan restaurants across the U.S. Rainbow Foods is one of the absolute best!

The burrito I got here was literally the best burrito I’ve ever had in my entire life. I just… I will be back for another. I basically drink their hot sauce too because it was so loaded with flavor. (I did buy one from them!) I was recommended this place by an omnivorous friend who said, “I’m not even vegan and their burritos are SO incredible.” Definitely give this place a shot even if you’re not vegan. It will convert you.

Love this place, I come here all the time! The breakfast burrito, the mighty bowl, the mint chip space smoothie thing is out of this world! It’s kinda like soft serve ice cream, but just made out of superfood. Literally blown away! Vegan, gluten free, organic, local. What more could you ask for?

What an incredible experience. I went on a soul journey with their food & medicinal tonic. I can’t put into words how thought out, absolutely delicious, fresh, creative & replenishing it all was. Oxygen tonic! Killer breakfast burrito, hummus & naan….all a MUST! I live here & this blew me away. It was so good! Her herbal & mushroom knowledge is top notch. BEST VEGAN BURRITO OF MY LIFE. The Seitan is levels above any I have ever had in my life. If I ordered this at a omnivore restaurant I would have sent it back because I would be convinced someone had served me real steak. The mint ice-cream tasted so good and somehow is packed with superfoods. I have never been so nourished and filled.
