Excellent place with a good selection of the most common Indian dishes. Vegetarian options as well as chicken, goat, lamb, and shrimp. I travel regularly and love trying local restaurants. This place is in the top 10% of Indian restaurants I’ve tried around the country. Very unexpected to run across this in small town Nebraska. Would definitely eat here again.

Barely any options open for dining on Sunday, so we decided to try this one. Reviews prepared us for good food, and we were not disappointed! Restaurant was dark, but staff was welcoming and friendly. Food was superb. I knew I would have some trouble finding something to eat as I am allergic to onions, so I stated that and asked if there was anything available and the answer was prompt, informed, and courteous and I was able to enjoy a delicious dish. They also had french fries, which gave us a good choice for our toddler who likes plain food, and they brought her a complementary apple juice. We’ll definitely go again when we are in the area next time!

What a wonderful discovery – an authentic Indian restaurant in Valentine with an extensive menu of delicious choices for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. The portions are generous, as are the kind and attentive staff who were happy to explain anything on the menu that may not be familiar, & clearly enjoy sharing their cuisine with their guests. (PS: they’ll ask you about your spice level preferences for it all.)

Fantastically tasty Indian food. I could smell the lovely aromas from outside and was not disappointed! Generous portions and sumptuous sauces. The naan breads were fantastic too. Service was friendly and fast. 100% recommend.

Such delicious food! From Lincoln staying at the Motel and the food was an amazing surprise! Lamb Korma and the chicken dishes were tantalizing!! New owners for the Motel this year and they are the best! Very friendly, clean rooms and the food!! We will be back next year!

I have eaten here 6 times now and have tried something different each time. Everything I ordered was full of rich flavors, with subtle but distinct differences. The service is very accommodating with a relaxing atmosphere. Be prepared to take home leftovers, because the portions are more than satisfying. Don’t forget to try the ginger tea and garlic Naan (bread). I would give 10 stars if possible.

Outstanding Indian food. Each dish was an explosion of different flavors. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast and the food was tremendous–better than many of the Indian restaurants I’ve eaten in over many years. I highly recommend this restaurant if you like Indian food—and if you don’t you might consider giving Raine a try.
