Upon arrival a friend and I tried to get the attention of someone who works there by saying “excuse me” the workers who stood talking to one another turned their heads to look at us & look away. We were told our party was rather large and to come back at a reserved time. Upon arrival of the said time, we were informed that our table was given to someone else with same party size. However, attempts were made to seat us promptly. After being seated, it took well over 30 minutes to be greeted and / or asked for beverages.(& no it wasn’t busy, it was a weekday 7.27 see video) We decided to leave after being ignored, and as we were leaving, our server made contact with us, we let her know our decision, and her response was “okay, great”! I’ve seen the reviews for this location, and the customer service is non-existent. Previous experiences of others shed light on unjust treatment of different cultures. I am starting to think my experience here also reflects prejudice. For a chain to see these reviews and not take corrective actions leads me to believe they stand behind that type of treatment and prejudices. I won’t spend a dime at any of their locations.

We waited 55 minutes for our order for 2 people. After 55 minutes, our food was delivered to the wrong customers seating 2 tables from us. The food was 5 minutes later brought to us, no apologies, the manager saw everything and never apologize either. The food came cold and not fit to eat. The steak was hard, the ribs were full of fat, the chicken in the salad was cold and dried. I told the waiter about it, and she said that she will communicate it to the manager, who never came again to our table to speak to us. What a bad, expensive, goodbye Reinforest cafe!

It’s for the kids and they know it. Subpar food, coneys and diner tastes better. We ordered the taco salad and it was tortilla chips with ground beef. Horrible! Apps were ok.. but again for what you pay.. you pay for the atmosphere.

Atmosphere was great! My son enjoyed the thunderstorms and animals. Food was flavorful, and drinks were amazing. Food wasn’t hot to the touch but overall service was awesome and the server was good.

Get a reservation. We had to wait 1 hour on a Monday lunchtime for a seat. Then it took a very long time to food arrive. There aren’t enough workers, even though the restaurant is half full. The hostess was frazzled and there were lines of people they couldn’t get to their seats.

First time here and will never be back. Ordered our food, told the waitress about my food allergies, coconut. Made sure she went back to talk to the kitchen to make sure they could omit the coconut rum sauce and change the shrimp. Confirmed it. 45 minutes later our food came out. Asked countless times during the wait if we could have the 1 year Olds mac and cheese first as the baby was hungry. Asked for refill on drinks and another beer. Nothing. Food comes. My food has coconut sauce on it. Friend that was with me tested it. Tried flagging down Staff and was ignored. This isn’t some I don’t like it, it’s I’m highly allergic and will go into anaphylaxis if I eat it.
