I’m so sad. they gave me the wrong drink, forgot my extra canes sauce, and my chicken was disgusting. It looks like there isn’t even any bread on it and I’m so disappointed. I couldn’t call them because by the time I got home to eat it was closed

I received over cooked chicken very hard to chew. Soggy fries drenched in oil, stale bread and coleslaw a little spoiled. I called to voice my complaint. I was told my name was taken and upon my next visit my meal will be replaced. That was not the case today. I spoke to a manager named Andrea and she treated me like I was a convicted felon. I presented her my credit card statement showing the actual transaction and paid amount. She refused my online statement because she could not find the same transaction in her system. She asked for my credit card and I presented my card to her. She read my card number aloud three different times while customers were inside restaurant. I hope no one wrote my card number down? She was very rude and judgemental. I can clearly see why there has been a revolving door with management . I do not want a handout. I just want quality food and service for the advertised price I paid. Is that hard?

Wildly disappointed. Not at all meeting Cane’s standards and expectations for food quality, service and hygiene. Menu is purposefully skimp/limited so that workers can excel on core offerings. Instead – I see employees eating while on the job and visible to drive thru customers. 1st window cashier was crouching down at the pull-up window so that they can look at their phone. Opening my box to burnt, bitter batter and undercooked fries sealed the deal. Not re-visiting. Def not worthy of a franchise license. Seems like easy money though. Where can I apply for an open part-time position? I would love a free paycheck. 1 star.

Very good chicken. Good fries. The cane sauce is freakin good! Texas toast is good as well. My only issue with them is that they basically only serve one item, Chicken Tenders. If you want good, hot, fresh, crispy chicken tenders, Raising Canes is VERY good. Just don’t expect to be able to order a chicken sandwich or any sides except fries or coleslaw. Overall, it was very good. Would go again if I’m craving some good chicken tendies!

I don’t understand the attraction for this place. They have the most limited menu of any eatery I’ve ever been to, and everything is fried. Option 1 is fried chicken strips. Option 2 is fried chicken strips. Option 3 is fried chicken strips. Option 4 is fried chicken strips on a bun. That’s it. Save yourself some money and go buy bigger, meatier chicken strips at the grocery store.

I finally gave in to the all the anticipation surrounding Raising Cane’s. I HAD to try the oh so trending Raising Cane’s hand dipped chicken strips.

Hi! I really hate doing this but I want to put forward an issue I had with my food tonight. I ordered drive thru and when I got home one of my sauces had some sort of mold at the top and a clear piece of plastic was in my drink, I only discovered it once it was in my mouth and I’m not sure if there was more. I tried to call and alert the staff but the person who answered barely listened, stated “I’ll look into it” very bluntly, was clearly unconcerned, and hung up. The parts of my meal that were edible were great, but it was a bit disheartening that I paid $14 for a meal that was partially inedible. I don’t know who took my call nor do I blame the staff, I really just want them to know about the food safety hazards I had.

We had a huge $300 carryout order during lunch rush. Staff had it ready in time and helped carry it out to the car. Manager was very friendly and I could tell she cares about customer satisfaction.

I’m glad I went. Great staff with quick service. Fun and clean atmosphere. Food came hot. Coleslaw was good/typical, and chicken was good white meat with crispy breading. Their sauce is pretty good, but I wish they offered more types. …It was ‘good’ (4) just not wow/great (5).
