Eh. Tenders were smaller than I expected. Didn’t like the sauce or cole slaw much. Tenders and fries weren’t anything special. Lemonade was decent, although 80% ice. They forgot my toast.

When I walked into Raising Canes for my first time located in the busy street of Downtown, State College, I was welcomed to see the design of the newly built dine-in place in all its glory. You can’t go without seeing one piece of memorabilia on the wall as Raising Canes is filled with it’s Penn State spirit as well as an amazing drawn picture of the king, Elvis Presley. Raising Canes delivers with its food as well as they do with its design. I tried the 3 chicken fingers combo and I must say, it competes well with the other fast-food chicken place known as Chick-fil-a. Raising Canes stands to hold its own ground, however, with its refreshing lemonade, soft but tasteful French fries, and a piece of bread to top it all off. The chicken fingers have a nice crisp to them with each bite you take, not to mention the outstanding Raising Canes sauce. All in all, Raising Canes is a must visit whenever you come by State College as it lives up to all the other hot hit food places Downtown has to offer.

We tried this place because it recently opened and have heard many good things. There really wasn’t anything special about it. The secret sauce was good. The chicken strips were just like all other chicken strips and the fries didn’t stand out either, but their food is still good. I just can’t seem to come up with something to comment on that sets this restaurant apart from others that are similar.

Good food as you would expect from canes. The place is nice enough and the people were nice. Fries were hot and awesome. The chicken was just warm. If your coming from the highway this place is right downtown with limited parking so less than ideal. Close to a lot of walkable places.

I usually don’t eat chicken tenders. They are usually dry and hard. Raising Cane’s were outstanding . They tasted like chicken should be. Tip my hat to them.

I really really like this place. But only when that one guy who tells me and my friends to dance is working. Whoever the blonde girl is is #notvalid. Seemed miserable and didn’t wanna be there. I want people working who WANT to be there. I understand you hate working, but that guy with the grey hair is AWESOME. 10/10 needs a raise. Great food and atmosphere NEVER disappoints.

Very shines space, with lots of lighting. The food is good, very juicy and tender chicken. The place was very crowded, had to wait to order food. Plenty of seating space, and paid parking was available. Sauces were very tasty, liked my experience.
