Had the 3 piece box with a Coke. All the fingers were tender and nicely done. Not over browned. Fries were tasty and done nicely. This location is pretty new so will have to return in the future to see if the quality still holds.

first off, so happy Canes is in Whitehall now and expanding further. we highly anticipated the opening of this location and it did not disappoint!! the design of the building itself, with the outdoor patio and all, is so nice. i haven’t seen a Canes with an outdoor seating area or ordering pavilion with fans etc. until this one. everyone was very nice and happy to be there even when they were clearly very busy and stressed out on opening day. my dog timmy even got a treat by one of the enthusiastic staff members 🙂 then of course, the food was BUSSIN. best Canes meal of my life. no joke. it just tasted like it was made RIGHT. so goooood. can’t wait for this to be my regular location now. thanks guys!

The girl working the front counter was really nice and quick. (Also super cute ). They had my food up before I could even finish filling my drink and the dining area was clean, quiet, and uncrowded. The music selection was also on point.

Usually good service. Sometimes the toast is hardly grilled but other than that and the occasional forgetting my extra sauces, not too bad. But they should really add spicy tenders to the menu. Or season the original.

I have NEVER been to a Raising Caine’s that had absolutely no one at the counter, didn’t get greeted, had 14 ppl waiting standing around with no direction or any sight of their order coming anytime soon. It was shocking to be there and see the total opposite of what I’m use to from Raising Caine’s. I will never visit this place again.

Today on 4 Aug 2023 missing fries again. Either no quality control or the person at the register just doesn’t give a f$c&. Just left with a box combo. Missing French fries and the tenders look like chicken nuggets. If I wanted chicken nuggets I would have went to McDonalds!
