Raising Cane’s is one of my favorite places to eat, and I’m very excited to have one here now.

Raising Cane’s serves very good chicken and the atmosphere is really nice as well. Sometimes the line outside can get pretty long, but when you get your chicken it’s a good wait because that chicken is delicious. I think the staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable so things just go smoothly, so you don’t even mind the long wait. But it’s mainly all about the chicken.

I saw we had a new Cane’s here in Noblesville and decided to drive about 25 minutes to give it a try today. I’ve been to other locations in Ohio and Nevada and wanted to see how it compared. I decided to place a mobile order through the app to avoid a wait. I arrived and was told by a customer that the dining room was closed. Seeing as the pickup counter is inside, I attempted to get in and found the doors were all locked. This was very odd and also feels like it would be a poor fire safety practice (and perhaps even against fire code) to lock the doors of a restaurant while occupied by the public. That said, the staff wouldn’t open the door for me to get my order. I then waited for a customer to leave so I could enter and retrieve my order at the pickup station. I sat down in the now-locked dining area with a few other patrons. I noted that the soda machine was inoperable and didn’t offer any self-service refills. The chicken tenders, while good, weren’t the crunchy tenders I remember. Maybe they just under cooked them a little or something, but not really how I remembered them. The fries were fine but the coleslaw and toast were awesome. Overall a little disappointed in the whole trip given the distance and experience, but I hope comments like this will help management improve their establishment over time.

I wish I could give 5,000 stars. I’m from Ohio originally and Cane’s is one of the few things I miss about it. This meal was pretty much a spiritual experience tonight. So worth the wait. I was worried the food might be rough at first as they’re starting out, but the meal absolutely hit the spot. Super crispy and the flavor was on point. I’m about to get another job to support my new diet of exclusively eating Cane’s. The team members were so welcoming and energetic. I found my new home.

The dining area wasn’t open unfortunately but it was really confusing navigating to the drive-thru.

We went on a Thursday afternoon around 3:30. Drive thru was busy but we dined in. There was a small line which moved quickly and we got our food within 5 mins. Very fast service and our food was fresh & delicious. Would be better with more dipping sauces though. Restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms.

Great chicken tenders. They were cooked to perfection. Crispy outside and juicy inside. Also this location offers outdoor seating.

5 stars because it’s opening day and you guys did great!! Wasn’t in the line for even 10 minutes. Service was awesome. Chicken amazing. SAUCE IS TOP TIER as always. Coleslaw great. Bread great. Fries had hardly any seasoning and weren’t crispy enough. Small thing to fix. So happy this location is here and staff is great!

This place was fantastic. The Cane sauce is great. It’s a bit of a madhouse right now cause it’s so new, but it was worth the long wait. The drive thru line went out of the parking lot and down the road. I definitely recommend trying this place during non-peak hours, unless you have 45 minutes to an hour to waste at a fast food place.
